Chapter 145 

Nelson’s P.O.V. 

“They are waking up.” Suddenly, Melissa screamed, making all of us look at the bed. Their bodies were moving lightly, making me breathe in relief. 

“Get the medical team here…. the rogue girl is not in good condition.” Warrick roared aloud in worry but coughed hard in the end. After Elizabeth made them the carriers, they were losing their strength bit by bit. I really felt useless in front of them. They are my daughters, yet they fulfilled the duty of a parent. 

“You should rest now… I will take care of them.” I insisted in a worried tone. He passed a faint smile while looking at me calmly. I understood him well. So, I just looked at him with gratitude. 

We heard a few muffled groans that made us walk towards them. A few doctors and. nurses entered the room and immediately started checking them. “She is going in a shock.” Suddenly one of the nurses checking my younger daughter screamed, making two doctors run to that side. 

The problem was that her b*dy was still between Adam and Crystal. “Let me lift her up from there.” I immediately walked towards them hurriedly and almost. jumped on the bed. Adam was holding her hand tightly. Her b*dy was now trembling hard. 

“Adam, leave her hand,” I yelled at Adam while lifting her into my embrace in bridal style. Adam was still half–unconscious. His grip tightened on her hand. I 

groaned and looked at Warrick, who was standing on the other side or hand. I 

He immediately leaned down and forcefully pulled his hand away. “No.” Adam groaned in pain, trying to get her hand again, but we didn’t have time to pay attention to him. I immediately jumped off the bed with her in my embrace. 

“Put her here,” A female doctor instructed me while pointing towards a movable. hospital bed. I immediately put her down on the bed gently and stepped aside. immediately to give them the space. My heart was now beating furiously in fear. I had already informed Catherine and Kyson and they were about to reach here at any time. 

They immediately started working on saving her, while I just stared at them blankly, not knowing what to do. “Vincent.” Martha suddenly screamed in panic, making me snap my head towards them. I saw the blood gushing out of his mouth. while he coughed hard. One of the doctors immediately approached him.

The only relief was that except for my younger daughter, the rest of them were looking fine, even Victoria. She also groaned while twisting her b*dy lightly. “Check every one of them carefully,” I instructed all of them anxiously. 

“Something is not right.” Elizabeth murmured, taking my attention this time. “What do you mean?” I asked her anxiously. She was still looking at the bed, but her eyes were narrowed, and there was worry on her face. 

“Why aren’t they waking up?” Martha asked anxiously this time. I immediately looked at the bed and my heart almost stopped beating when I realized the exact reason for their concern. Crystal and Theo were still not showing any sign of waking up. 

I immediately ran towards her and shook her by her shoulder. “Hey… hey.. Crystal…. wake up….. wake up.” I asked her in an anxious tone. Both Theo and Crystal were looking as pale as dead bodies. 

“Sh… she won’t wake up.” William spoke in a hoarse voice while coughing lightly. I snapped my head towards him while holding Crystal anxiously this time. “She…. she is going to do something that she shouldn’t,” Elizabeth muttered while coming towards us hurriedly. 

“What is happening, William?” I asked William in a panicked tone, and at the same time, Theo’s b*dy jerked high on the bed, making a warlock immediately push hist b*dy on the bed. He held him tightly and looked at Elizabeth. 

“Put a restrain on his b*dy, but don’t make him wake up.” Elizabeth instructed the warlock in a stern tone and looked at me. “Put her down, Nelson… I… I need to do something to stop her.” She instructed me in the same stern tone but I could feel worry in her voice. 

Without wasting a second, I put Crystal’s b*dy on the bed immediately and stood up. She sat beside Crystal and put her hand on her forehead. She closed her eyes. and started chanting something. I heard a light groan on the other bed, but I didn’t want to look at him right now. My eyes were glued to Elizabeth who was also enchanting something in her mouth, her eyes still closed. 

“Sh… she wants t… to kill him in her dreams.” Adam said in a hoarse and weak voice. My heart skipped a beat in fear. “She… she can’t do this…. it will put Martha. and Warrick’s life in danger.” I murmured anxiously while looking at Crystal. She didn’t know that Martha ad Warrick had taken their places as careers. 

“Wh.. what do you mean?” William asked in a panicked tone. He was better now. Victoria also opened her eyes but closed it again after some time. She was now in

better condition. I looked at William with a painful expression this time. 

“There is nothing to worry, William…. Everything is okay… Just lie down for a while and have rest.” Warrick said to him in a calm tone, but I could say that William 

buy what Warrick said. He looked at Martha and his face immediately

“What is it, Dad? What are you hiding from us?” William asked Warrick in a cold. tone while trying to stand up from the bed. The doctor, who was tending him, immediately pushed him back on the bed. 

“Nelson.” Suddenly Elizabeth yelled my name, making me snap my head towards her once again. “Get an army ready… she has trapped his soul inside her dream. I am trying to get his location.” Elizabeth instructed me in a hurried tone, still having her eyes closed. Soon, Crystal and Theo’s b*dy were surrounded by the witches and warlocks. They started enchanting something again. 

I immediately looked at William. He was now looking fine. “William…. Ask all your warriors to gather in the training ground. Ask them to get ready for a battle.” I instructed Nelson while fishing my phone. We didn’t know the exact location of that ba***d. So, I had to prepare from all sides. 

I dialed Adrian’s number first. He was still in the Crescent Moon Pack. We still didn’t inform Theo’s parents but now was not the time to give explanations. “Adrian….. Get an army ready to go for a battle soon. The Queen of Witches, Elizabeth, is helping us in locating his location.” I instructed Adrian in a firm tone. 

“Nelson… it’s me, Elena.” I paused when I heard Elena’s weak voice from the other side. “Where is Adrian, Elena?” I asked her in a worried tone when I remembered that both Crystal and Adrian were also bound to each other through the protector’s bond. 

“Something happened to him a few hours ago and now he was lying unconscious. Is Crystal okay?” She explained but asked in a worried tone. I sighed and rubbed. my forehead while trying to keep myself calm. “Crystal is…. Also unconscious with Theo, Elena… we need help… can you pass the phone to Sylvester?” I explained the situation to her in a low tone and requested it from her in the end. 

“Yeah… yeah.. give me a second.” She answered me in a hurried tone. I looked at William this time. “Done.” He answered me and I nodded. “Call Killian and all of our alliances to get their armies ready for the ambush,” I instructed him while waiting for Sylvester to get the phone. 

“What is it, Nelson?” Sylvester asked me in a calm tone. I took a deep breath and

explained the whole situation briefly. I didn’t know why but I had,this hunch that this red–eyed man was near to their pack or in between my pack and the Crescent Moon Pack. 

“You don’t worry… just give me fifteen minutes. Do you want to inform Thomas too?” he asked me in a calm tone. “Yeah.. I don’t know but I am having this hunch that he is somewhere near to us, Sulvester. It will be better if we surround him 

from all sides.” I answered him in a serious tone. 

“Okay… let me handle this here.” he replied to me and then we both hung up. I heard a muffled scream that made me snap my head towards my younger daughter. I saw her writhing on the bed as if she were in so much pain. 

Adam was right beside her, holding her hand tightly. “Stay strong, my love… you know that you can do this.” He was anxious but trying to encourage my daughter. Fate must have some twisting way of humour. He was Crystal’s first mate, and now, he was mated to her younger sister. I guess that was the reason that the bond between Crystal and Adam never broke completely. 

“Get a map,” Elizabeth yelled, making me snap out of my thoughts. “On it.” It was Vincent, and before I could see him, he dashed out of the room. I sighed and looked at Crystal and Theo. “Hold on a little longer, my love… I know that you can do this.” I pleaded with her in my mind. I really felt useless, as I could do nothing to help them. 

“I need more of my people. This will not be easy. That black witch is still helping him.” Elizabeth murmured angrily, increasing my worry and anger at the same time. I snapped my head towards the door when I sensed Catherine’s presence. 

“What the hell is going on?” Kyson yelled in panic when he entered the room. “There is no time for interrogation, Kyson. Catherine gasped in shock and horror while putting her hands on her mouth. I was about to take a step towards her when Warrick suddenly coughed hard, and Martha also started coughing. “They are losing.” Elizabeth said to me in a worried tone while looking at me.
