Chapter 141
Chapter 141
Third Person’s POV
“How can they figure this out so soon? Who is helping them?” I roared at my beta while trembling hard in anger. Suddenly I felt an urge to throw up and before I could understand what was happening, I retched and ran towards the window. I threw up and my eyes widened in horror when I saw blood coming out of my mouth.
“Are you okay, Alpha?” Scott, my beta, asked me immediately in a worried tone. “Do I look okay?” I growled but coughed again. I didn’t stop coughing and threw up once again. My heart skipped a beat when I saw blood again. How could this be? I was having an uneasy feeling from the morning. I knew this feeling very well, but I didn’t expect that they would reach me so soon.
“Call Diana now.” I instructed him angrily, but my voice was not that strong. “Ye… yes, Alpha.” Scott replied to me while stuttering and then ran away out of the office. I growled angrily one more time and looked out of the window.
“How could they break the curse? They needed my presence for breaking this spell, but I wasn’t there. Yet they managed to break without me. Did he inform me wrong about this spell or something else had happened?
I remember what he said when he made me the host of this curse. He said that this curse couldn’t be broken by anyone in this world as it was banned more than five hundred years ago. Only two witches who had lived for more than three hundred. years knew these bans curses and spells, but no one knew about their whereabouts.
“That Luna of the Crescent Moon Pack might be a powerful wolf, but she couldn’t find those dark witches with her capability. She could command any wolf, but not a dark witch. How on earth exactly happened. He told me that it would be fatal for me if they break the curse.
“You called for me?” Diana asked me, pulling me out of my stance. “Leave,” I instructed Scott in a cold tone without looking back at her. I heard his footsteps. fading and he closed the door in the end.
“I don’t think that I need to tell you about what is happening to me right now.” I said to her in a low tone and lifted my head in her direction. She nodded in agreement but kept on looking at me with a curious gaze. “They managed to find me and now my life is in danger. Ca… can you help me finding it? How did they find it?” I explained my situation to him briefly and asked her while moving towards her.

I narrowed my eyes when I saw hesitance on her face. “What is it,.Diana?” I asked her in a cold tone while hanging my head a little low. “Uhhh… it’s not like I don’t want to help you, but I really can’t help you in this, Alpha. This is a very ancient curse and finding its root is next to impossible task, Alpha.” She replied to me with a bit of hesitancy.

All the lines on my forehead straightened immediately. “What do you that y can’t help me?” I asked her in a threatening tone, making her tremble in fear once again. “Let me try, Alpha.” She asked while raising her hand towards me..
I scoffed internally but I put my hand in her hand while looking at her with a cold. gaze. She closed her eyes and started enchanting something. I coughed again, but didn’t throw up this time. The colour of her face started fading that made me raise my brows again out of curiosity. I knew that no one could break this spell, and that was why I was not only worried but scared at the same time. They would have been. dead by now, but my men didn’t call me to tell me the good news.
Diana slowly opened her eyes, but stumbled on her feet backwards. I immediately removed my hand from her grip. Her b*dy swayed a little, but she stabilized her b*dy soon. “What did you find?” I asked her in a cold tone without thinking about her condition.
“The curse is still at its place, Alpha… But something powerful is holding it back.” She answered me in a weak tone, and I felt my anger rising up again. “Can’t you find that thing?” I asked her angrily, making her shiver in fear.

“Thi… this thing.. it’s not any kind of magic spell, or a curse, Alpha… this is an emotion, but it’s strong enough to bind this curse… It will save the careers and targets, but it will backfire on the host.” She explained and I growled aloud while balling up my fists in anger.
Suddenly I felt a severe pain in my chest, making me clutch my chest hard. I
screamed at the top of my lungs in pain and fell on my knees. “What happened to you, Alpha?” Diana asked me in a panic tone and held my shoulder when I fell on the ground.
“That’s you need to find out, you wretch. I gave you food and shelter when no one from your world was interesting to take you in. You were useless back then, and you useless now too.” I spat at her while looking at her disgust in anger. She turned paler this time, but I didn’t need to comfort her. She could go away if she thinks that I went overboard. I did nothing wrong.
“Give me some time, Alpha.. I will definitely find a solution to save you.” Diana said to me in a calm tone this time. I scoffed and looked towards the other
direction. Diana didn’t say a word again and helped me standing up. I felt so weak and tired as if I have done an intense training of three hours. There was no strength in my legs.
I slumped on the couch and lie down immediately. I never felt so exhausted, not even when I fought a battle. I hated this feeling of helplessness and being weak. “Here… drink some water, Alpha.” Dian gave me a glass of water. I grimaced but took the glass from her. I finished the glass in one go and gave the empty glass
back to her.
“Find the solution as soon as possible or else I will kill you.” I threatened her angrily while closing my eyes. I needed to find what exactly happened there. I knew that they were all unconscious and now it was time to move in their dreams. once again.
