Alexa's POV We had two days of relaxing and hanging out with our friends. It was great. I couldn't wait for things to settle down and get into a normal routine. The group that went on the mission had come back unharmed and with a lot of information. We were able to come up with a plan based on what information they provided. We were now surrounding the building and getting ready to storm in. We had a group of one hundred people with us. We ha the whole building surrounded and had people that were going to create a distraction and then we would go in. “Is everyone in position?” I mind linked out to every group leader. I got back five yeses instantly. “Set off the distraction." linked to the group that was going to be setting off the bomb that we placed. Twenty seconds later and a bomb went off. It shook the ground and was loud. People went running out the doors and headed towards the fire that was now in its place. “Everyone move in," I linked to everyone. Colt was right beside me and grabbed my hand as we ran into the building. We were the first ones through the door. A man holding a clipboard froze as he saw all of us storming in through every available entry. He was human I could smell it. “Who is in charge here?" I asked him. “Alpha Robert,” he stuttered out. “50 that makes me in charge since I killed him and according to pack rules, the person who kills an Alpha takes his place” I boomed out. He dropped the clipboard and started to run but one of the warriors was quicker than him and grabbed him pinning his arms behind his back. The man looked like he was going to pee his pants from fear. “Do you have any weapons in here?” I asked him as I got closer. es “Where?” “Through that door?” he said as he nodded his head. Five of our guys headed to that door and you could hear a fight break out but I wasn't worried. They were some of our top- trained men. Aback door flew open and several wolves came running and started attacking but they didn't stand a chance as we outnumbered them and we also were stronger. Our men quickly shifted and attacked back and had them pinned down in no time. I walked over to where they were. “SHIFT NOW," I yelled out putting my Alpha command behind it. They had no choice but to listen and all shifted back including our warriors. “Impossible,” said the human who was still being held by a warrior. “Put these men in a cage, and any other person you find that is working for them. Let's get these guys free." I yelled out. Colt and I took off to look through the other rooms and see if anyone was hiding and we did. We found three men in white coats that were human. They easily submitted to us and we took them out to the others and placed them in a cage. We continued going through each room and didn't find anyone else. This was a relatively easy takeover. They didn't fight us on anything. We had everyone involved in this locked in a cage and everyone that was a victim was in a group. There were twenty of them. There was a mixture of humans, wolves, and vampires. “Alexa, what are your plans with everyone?” Roscoe asked me. “I want to take them back to the pack and find out exactly what was done with them and then go from there. We are going to have problems with the humans and them knowing that we exist.” “We will follow you back there then." He said and walked off. We got everyone loaded up into vans and everyone that was in a cage was removed from the cage and tied their hands together and loaded up as well. It was only an hour's drive back to our pack so it wouldn't take long. Colt and I took our SUV back to the pack and he pulled up to the hospital so that we could help everyone that needed to be there. We ushered them all into a conference room that was there and waited for Roscoe and Emma to join us. If we were dealing with anyone who has been injected with vampire venom then he would need to explain things to them. Roscoe and Emma finally joined us. “I'am sorry that this has happened to all of you. I can assure the person behind all of this is dead. We need to know if you guys know what you were injected with." They all looked at us. None of them were speaking and they had huddled together. “You guys are safe here," Colter said. “We don't know” Finally one of the men stated. “Ok we are going to get you all medical care and we will figure out what you were injected with and help you," I told them. Some nurses came in and started taking people to rooms. We waited until they were all in a room and told the doctor to let us know when the results of the test were in. We walked back to the pack house and I headed straight to the dungeon. “Princess you don't have to do this,” Colter said. “Yes, I do" I could feel Storm pushing forward and once she did there would be no stopping her. I closed my eyes and gave her control. When I opened them Colter just looked at us. He knew what was about to happen but he still had so much love in his eyes for us. “Hello, Storm. It's good to see you again.” He said. She didn't reply back to him but she did smash her lips to his and jumped up and wrapped her legs around his waist. She finally pulled back with a smile on her face. “Mate I would love to take you to bed right now but I must deal with these assholes” He just chuckled and placed us back down on our feet. We took off to the first cell that held someone we captured. We opened the cell and it was a human. “What were you doing working for Robert?” I asked. They cowered into the corner. “He hired me to monitor the humans during and after they were injected.” They stuttered out. “What were you monitoring them for?” “To make sure they didn't die. During the first set of injections, they always lived but the second set they would usually die. Please I am a doctor. He paid me a lot of money I couldn't turn it down. Please don't kill me? He was now crying. I walked out of the cell and turned to Colter and the guard. “Leave him here for now” I walked to the next cell and opened it. It was a wolf this time I could smell him and his fear. “What was your job for Robert?" I asked him. “He was my Alpha, not my boss." He said with a sudden found confidence. “He was not an Alpha, I took over his pack and killed his Luna and son. I am the Alpha. Now tell me what did you do for him! I growled at him and put an alpha command behind it. He tried to fight it. His face was contorting due to the pain from fighting it. “Answer me now.” I roared at him. This time he fell to his knees and bared his neck in submission. “I gave injections and monitored them during their transitions” He finally said. “What pack do you originally come from?” “Twin lakes pack” “Colter can you call them and tell them they can pick up his body if they want it; told him. “Please no, don't kill me. I am sorry. I needed the money.” “I don't care. You stole humans and forced them into this. You helped kill countless people. You must pay for your crimes with your life” As soon as I said this I released my claws and ripped out his heart. He deserved worse but I had more to go and didn't want to drag this on. It went the same way with everyone in the room. If the human proved to maybe a little useful like the doctor then I let them live for now but if they had any part in someone's death they died. “Princess it's done. Let's go clean you up” Colter told us still with so much love in his eyes. I just nodded at him and we walked to our room. I was still fighting Storm for control. She wanted to spend time with Colter but what she wanted to do needed to wait. We had other things to do. “storm, I promise you can spend time with him later, please give me back control” “Do you promise?” she linked back. “Yes.” She finally gave back control and as soon as she did I stopped walking and grabbed a hold of Colter's hand and pulled him t me. He wrapped his arms around me and held onto me tightly. “Welcome back Princess.” “We need to call julian and make a plan with him." “We can but you are covered in blood” “I promised Storm that she could spend some time with you later.” “I think Grey would be very happy to come out and spend time with her. Maybe they can go on a run later” Both of my wolves perked up with that and got excited. “Great now I have both of them in my head getting excited about that," I told him. “Well, then we will go for a run tonight” We finally made it to the shower and I got cleaned up thanks to Colter and him thinking he needed to wash every inch of my body and I do mean every inch. After getting out of the shower we got dressed again and headed down to our offices. We were going to call Julian. We really needed to get over there and shut down that pack. We walked into Colter's office and walked over to his chair and sat down and motioned for me to come to sit on his lap. I went and sat down and he pulled out his cell phone and dialed Julian's number. “Hey man, what's up?" He said as he answered the phone. “We were calling because we took down the other warehouse and the only one left is the one near your pack” “Great. When do you want to take that one down?” Julian asked. “The sooner the better. People are being hurt” “OK, want to head this way." “Yes, will you send out a group to see if they can get anything on the warehouse and people coming and going and entry anc exits?” “Already ahead of you. I have a group put together and ready to go just waiting for your call” “Great we will be there tonight” “Want to stay a few extra days, we are doing Nicki's Luna ceremony on Saturday and we are getting married as well. He said and you could hear the excitement in his voice. “YES!” I shouted into the phone. “We will see you guys tonight” “Come on Princess, we need to go tell everyone we are headed out in a few hours.” “OK but don't forget we promised our wolves we would run tonight” “Trust me Grey hasn't let me forget” “What are you wanting to do with the humans that you let live?” He asked me. “Well, I was thinking that maybe we could have an agreement with the doctor.
