"Why is this so spicy?"

"I've already made it for you, so stop complaining. If you don't want it, cook for yourself."
Michael picked up his fork and gave the pasta a stir.
Chloe watched from the side, raising an eyebrow. With the amount of chili she had added, there was no way he could handle it.

Chloe hung up and headed out the door.
Chloe was about to head upstairs but turned back to the entrance to change her shoes. Michael saw her and asked, "Where are you going?" Chloe rolled her eyes. "I'm off to work!"
