Abe, a weird and short werewolf novel

Chapter 13

Abbygail’s point of view:

The way he had made me come and then practically forced me to swallow his cock, had been just wonderful. I loved every dominating moment of it!

But now I was holding on to his fur while sitting on top of his wolf! This feeling is better than any ride with my pink beauty! Woooohooooo!

And the chase earlier, that was so thrilling and exciting, as I could hear him approach me every now and then. I wanted to squeal each time as soon as I heard something, but I wanted him to not find me. Well… I did, but not right at the start.

I even had managed to get a covering concoction which I had let an old client brew in his lab in Japan. During a project I had with that company, I had found out they made perfumes to cover illegal actions so that sniffer dogs wouldn’t find the object or person the criminals would want to hide. And apparently, it worked on werewolves too! How convenient!

But I guess that the ice bath hadn’t been sufficient enough, and I also hadn’t come up with an idea for me to be silent enough so that he wouldn’t hear me. But even if I had, he is an Alpha, so he would still find me anyway. Like he did…

But while reminiscing the last couple of minutes, Scott suddenly stopped running and sniffed his nose in several directions. I stayed quiet, feeling something was off and laid down as low as I could on his back. Suddenly, my phone, which was in a pocket in this dress, started to buzz in a sequence that told me that the silent alarm from my security system had gone off.

I checked from which beacon in the forest it was, whispering to Scott that someone had triggered the trap on the southeast border. He nodded his head and quickly went over towards the mansion, dropping me off while all of his werewolf warriors stormed outside.

“Get ready my love, I need you at your place.” He said, completely not being condescending as he meant my spot at the bell tower on the roof of the mansion.

Last week, we had reconstructed the old and unused bell tower, into a watchtower. And now it was a lookout to see where our enemies would come from. So, I quickly ran upstairs, opened the door that was on the base of the tower, scurried myself past the surveillance centre of all our cameras and used the small stairs to get me to the top.

I picked up the earpiece that was there and the binoculars and focused my gaze to the southeast border, right where someone had triggered the trap.

“Did the heat detection cameras find anything?” I asked in a whisper, but the answer through the earpiece was ‘no’.

I quickly checked around to see if someone would come in from another direction, but nothing happened. My heart was racing but I almost felt relieved when I thought nothing was going to happen. Maybe a deer had triggered the trap?

I went downstairs again, taking the empty seat next to the guy I had communicated with, with the earpiece. But as I checked the footage from a few minutes ago, it was clear it wasn’t a deer that had been trespassing... it had been another creature, a big brown wolf with a scar across his left, red eye.

No way… he is here… that scar is exactly the same as I remembered!

“Link the Alpha! Tell him to stand back!” I commanded the guy next to me and he did as asked, but Scott had run into the treeline already.

Dominic is way too smart to just step into Scott’s territory like that, so he is just aiming to lure him out. To get Scott to chase him, and then let him fall into a trap!

I can’t let that happen to him! I can’t lose Scott!

I gave some instructions to the security guy as soon as another buzz came from my phone and ran outside, as quickly as I could. Standing at the north of the field, from where the second beacon had gone off, I raised my arms and started to yell.

“DOMINIC! COME AND GET ME, YOU COWARD!”

It didn’t take long for his arrogance to show himself to me as his red glowing eyes peeked from within the dark, straight towards me. His left eye blinked, as the scar I had given him was irritating his cornea. But then he stepped forward, reaching out of the treeline, stalking further until he stopped.

“Well? Don’t you want me back? Or kill me for that nice little scar on your ugly face? Come closer, you asshole!” I taunted him, wanting him to not go after Scott.

If Dominic would stop his assault, in exchange for taking me, not that I wouldn’t try to kill him first, but if he would succeed, then fine. As long as Scott and his pack are safe, I’m alright with every outcome of my own life.

Dominic growled but he didn’t step forward yet, what is he waiting for?

But suddenly, I heard loud howls coming from the east, where Scott and his warriors had entered the forest earlier to follow the rogues. They were being attacked by Dominic’s pack and worry started to burn within me.

The scarred wolf in front of me, snickered, laughing like a hyena as he saw the fearful expression on my face. Dominic being a wolf had surprised me of course, as I knew nothing about werewolves in the first place, but now that time has passed and for me to have learned enough about them, his wolflike facial expressions didn’t startle me anymore.

But he couldn’t know that.

I walked back a few steps, keeping up the fear of losing Scott in the back of my mind, to keep my face emotional. But I wasn’t afraid of this fucking wolf in front of me! On the inside, I was laughing, knowing perfectly well that he would lose this fight!

Especially when I know that I can kill him!

Ah! There it is! I thought to myself as I nearly stumbled over the furthest mark, a painted white stone. I started to run and when I thought I was far enough, I pressed the button on the detonator.

BOOM!

The bomb had exploded and I had been launched forward where I sincerely hoped it would have taken the asshole with him! But no such luck! He stepped out of the smoke, just moments after… FUCK! My ears were ringing, but I wouldn’t give up this soon!

I ran towards the mansion, hid behind a wall that stood around the garden and checked around it, to see if he had been close to the second marker. But when I did, he was gone!

Shit! Where is he?!

My breathing became laboured and after hearing another bomb go off in the forest, my fears of losing Scott increased even more. But as long as he was there, and not here… all would be alright… right?

“Tsk, tsk, baby-girl, you shouldn’t have run away from me!” I heard him say, a little too close to my opinion.

The ‘baby-girl’ send shivers down my spine, and it wasn’t a pleasant one! But I quickly ran away, glad that I had crafted pockets in this dress, grabbing the perfume bottle out of it and spraying myself, hoping that it would help me to get rid of this asshole!

Scott’s point of view:

“Alpha! The Luna instructed me to link you after the first bomb went off. Dominic is with her!” Our new security guy linked me.

What?! Why is she outside? She should be inside!

“WHERE!” I roared through the link, back at him.

“Northside.” He answered and I howled loudly in anger.

I was annoyed already that I couldn’t find Dominic here on this battlefield, right where his pack was fighting mine. For a moment I thought he had been scared, standing back like the fucking coward he is! But instead, he had trapped us, reminding me of how foolish I was for not listening to her warning before!

There were losses on both sides, especially when the second bomb went off, right here, so I decided to link my warriors to keep fighting here, to not abandon post and to not keep hostages! I needed to get to my woman!

I ran as fast as my four legs could carry me and I zoomed in between trees, over roots, through some spiderwebs and finally leaping out of the treeline, going north of my mansion. As I reached the erupted grounds where the first bomb went off, I noticed dusty pawprints going south, towards the gardens and knew that Dominic was still alive.

Both their scents were covered, as she had probably used that stuff on her body again and I couldn’t tell where he was, as he was smelling the same as the explosion. But I know my honey-butt to be smart, so she must have been hiding somewhere. She can’t be dead yet!

“NO!!” I suddenly heard Dominic yell and fear and confusion appeared within me.

Why is he yelling no? What the hell is going on?!

I rushed myself into the gardens, trying to pinpoint where they were and finally found them around a corner. He was holding her, in his arms, blood pouring out of her neck and onto his half shifted claws. He had sliced her throat…
