Chapter 109 Arthur Was Angry
Just when he was about to bring Shirley to leave, Shirley clasped Kevin's wrist, "Kevin, why not clarify what happened just now before we leave."
If it was in the past, Shirley wouldn't have wanted to argue with any of her seniors. But this situation was different, if Amelia had any intention to harm other people, she had to let everyone know that Amelia was evil to her core.
Shirley's words made Amelia's face change.
She had indeed intended to use the boiling ingredient to pour onto Shirley's wounds, so that Shirley's hand would be totally useless from then on.
She felt that her intentions were totally seen through by Shirley now.
She immediately explained, "Paisley, please stop acting strange over there, if you don't want to help me just say it out loud, why do you have to turn something simple into something sinister."
Shirley slowly walked in front, "Everyone that has interacted with Kevin would know that he has never picked a fight with anyone, he has a very good temperament. For him to hit you just now, you must have done something that had crossed a line."
She turned and faced Arthur, "Master, today Paisley might have to do something that you really dislike, I don't want this matter to die down like this, if Amelia really wasn't doing anything just now, I am willing to apologize to her. But if she really had any malicious intentions, I hope Master can handle this matter personally. If a trouble-maker continues to stay here, she would cause harm to everyone."
Arthur's face was stern, his gaze glared fiercely towards Amelia.
Amelia had never seen this expression on Arthur before, she started feeling a pang of fear in her heart.
She turned to look at the others, everyone's eyes carried a hint of suspicion.
Just like what Shirley had said, Kevin had never engaged in fights with others, even the oldest sisters that had spent the longest time with him had never seen him this angry before. If he had slapped Amelia in the face, this meant that she must have crossed certain boundaries with him.
Everyone knew that Kevin's boundary was Shirley.
"Why are you guys looking at me, I didn't do anything, she's finding fault from nothing." Amelia yelled in anger.
"Brock, go retrieve the CCTV recordings for the fragrance concoction room, and put in on the screen." Arthur turned around, his brows locked tightly.
His assistant behind him Brock Cote, walked hastily out of the fragrance concoction room.
A bad feeling rose in Amelia's heart, but her pride and dignity didn't allow her to panic.
She straightened her back, her eyes swept across everyone in the room, and said, "What do you guys think I would do to her, there are so many people here, would I dare to do anything under the eyes of all o you? Why are you guys all targeting me, what did I do wrong?"
"Amelia, don't worry, whatever the outcome, Master will give you an explanation after the investigation." Shirley said with a cold face.
Amelia took a step towards her, but Kevin moved forward hurriedly, and stood in front of Shirley, his face cautious.
"I don't want you to go near her."
"Kevin, you..."
At this moment, on the walls of the fragrance concoction room flashed out the CCTV recording in the room.
And the character in the footage was Amelia.
In her hand was a large bottle of fragrance, the mouth of the bottle was wafting with hazy smoke, and she was walking step by step towards Shirley.
In her eyes were a malicious coldness. When she was almost next to Shirley, she tipped the bottle of the fragrance towards the direction of Shirley, that action was one of pouring water.
At that moment, Kevin appeared and pushed away her hand, and then he clasped Amelia's wrist.
The fragrance in Amelia's hand fell. With her face in pain, she pressed on the hand which Kevin was clasping on to.
Brock was smart, repeating this scene for five times. At the sixth time, Amelia yelled angrily, "Enough, stop playing."
Kevin clenched his fist, and gave her a deadly glare, "How dare you."
Amelia turned away her face, and decided to just confront everyone, "I didn't even really pour on her, she isn't injured too, do you have to do this."
"Amelia!" Arthur yelled in disappointment.
Shirley turned around, facing Arthur, she said, "Master, luckily Kevin was around just now, so that I could escape this tragedy. If Kevin wasn't present, I don't know what would have happened to my hand over here."
Arthur looked at Shirley's left hand, his heart trembled slightly, both his hands clenched tight.
Amelia was a student that had been with him for the longest time, on every occasion she would always be the first to appear next to him. Two years ago, he didn't let her go because he had taken into account their long relationship, but now...
He couldn't find any reason to protect her anymore.
She had gone overboard.
"From now onwards, don't call me Master." Arthur put his hands behind his back, turned around and said.
Hearing these words, Amelia's eyes widened to the size of copper bells.
She hastily walked towards Arthur, put her hands on Arthur's arm and said, "Master, you... what are you talking about, I am your oldest disciple, you..."
Arthur flung away Amelia's hands, and yelled angrily, "Things do not happen for three times, this is the second time. Don't call me master from now onwards, when you walk out, do not let anyone know that you were once my student, otherwise I will hold you accountable. Go."
Amelia stumbled backwards, lowering her head to look at the hands that were flung away by Arthur. When she raised her head, on her face was a trace of anger, "Alright, alright, now that you have Paisley, you don't need me anymore. All of you look down on me, I will leave, I will leave, but let me put this out here. One day, Paisley will be on her knees in front of me like a dog, crawling out of this city. Wherever I am, she will have no place there. I will make all of you regret this."
She ripped off the placard on her chest, took off the anti-bacterial uniform, and glared at Shirley with an evil and fierce gaze, "Paisley, don't forget the bet between us, one month later, I will let everyone know that you are just a humble dog."
"Slap!"
"Ah!"
Arthur walked forward in huge steps, raised his hand, and his palm fell on Amelia's face.
Following that, a furious roar sounded, "Get lost!"
Everyone widened their eyes, and stared at Arthur with their jaws dropped.
This was the first time...
Their master was angered.
Amelia held her face in her hands, so shocked that she was at a loss for words, staring at Arthur in a stunned silence.
"Amelia, you and I are master and student, I'm giving you some advice, please set some boundaries for yourself. If not, you will hurt both others and yourself." After finishing his words, Arthur raised his hand and pointed in the direction of the door, his voice trembling.
Amelia fell and retreated towards the back, her tears streaming down her face.
She glared at Shirley unsatisfactorily.
It was all because of her that she got chased out today.
Shirley had destroyed her, she would never let her go.
She bit her lips, her gaze gradually cooling down, and said, "Who do you think you are, after leaving you, I can still live a good life." Finishing her words, Amelia turned around, and swept all the almost completed fragrances that were on the counter, onto the ground. Large crashes sounded in the room.0000
