Unveiling the Genius Behind the Divorcee Chapter 88
Chapter 88 Outburst
The female housekeeper glanced at Lloyd, intending to look away, but when she caught sight of Gavyn from the corner of her
eye, her heartbeat suddenly sk*pped a beat!
What a handsome man!
Gavyn was already tall and handsome, with striking features. Today, he was dressed in a tailored gray herringbone velvet suit
with a subtle patterned tie, exuding an indescribable elegance and refinement.
The female housekeeper had been working for the Koch family for quite some time and had seen many people, but this was the
first time she had ever laid eyes on such a stunningly handsome man.
Her eyes immediately locked onto Gavyn.
The female housekeeper’s expression instantly changed from gloomy to bright. Without even glancing at Llyod, she walked
straight towards Gavyn with a smile.
“Hello, Sir! How can I help you?”
Gavyn’s face was expressionless as he said, “I came to see Ms. Koch from your family, but she hasn’t come out yet.”
This statement is vague and doesn’t specify what it’s for.
The female housekeeper simply assumed that he was a wealthy young master, either visiting Aylin for fun or to discuss
business. Regardless of the reason, it was quite thought-provoking.
Upon closer inspection, it was even more astonishing; she was simply breathtaking!
The man had deep-set eyes and thick eyelashes, which made her marvel at the existence of such exquisite facial features in the
world. Her tone couldn’t help but carry a hint of awe.
“Rest assured, sir, Ms. Koch has been quite busy lately and might still be in a meeting at the moment. However, I can assure you
that she will definitely meet with you. Please don’t worry...’

The female housekeeper’s gaze was now unable to move away from Gavyn.
Wow, so handsome!
Such an outstanding man is truly a rare sight. It must be Aylin’s charm, her beauty and intelligence, that attracts such a high-
quality man to take the initiative and visit her.
The female housekeeper couldn’t help but gently grasp her skirt, fantasizing that one day, she too could encounter such a
handsome and wealthy man, and together they would enter the sacred hall
of marriage.
Llyod’s mouth twitched as he watched the pink heart-shaped bubbles floating above the female
housekeeper’s head, about to touch Gavyn’s cold expression.
He hurriedly stepped forward to interrupt.
“Alright, let’s wait a little longer then.”
After waiting for another ten minutes, Llyod gradually became infuriated.
The Koch family, especially Ms. Koch, is talked about as if she’s some kind of legend within the circle. But even with great
abilities, there’s no need to put on such a grand display, right?
“What on earth is Ms. Koch up to, acting so high and mighty like this!” Llyod said angrily.
Gavyn held back his frustration and interrupted the female housekeeper who was still trying to talk to him, “Could you please ask
how much longer we need to wait?”
After being slapped in the face by her own words, the female housekeeper also felt somewhat embarrassed.
She clenched the hem of her dress, not wanting to miss the opportunity to talk with Gavyn.
ering her courage, she said, “I’ll call our Ms. Koch for you and help you communicate. Just give
the a moment.”
After dialing the Koch family’s landline phone in the living room, a busy tone sounded.

Gavyn spoke in a cold voice, “Turn on the speakerphone.”
The three simple words were not spoken loudly, but they carried an undeniable authority that instinctively made people want to
obey.
The female housekeeper quickly turned on the speakerphone.
Three seconds later, the phone connected, and the female housekeeper hurriedly spoke, “Ms.
Koch, the distinguished guest outside has been waiting for quite some time. I wanted to ask, when will you be able to meet
them?”
Why haven’t you left yet?
This bubble gum is so sticky!
Aylin frowned in displeasure and coldly said, “No time, let’s talk about it in the next life!”
As the conversation ended, only a few busy tones could be heard from the cellphone.
Female housekeeper fell into silence.
Gavyn’s face turned so dark in an instant that it seemed like ink could drip from it.
Llyod stood still, his keen hearing immediately recognizing the melodious voice from somewhere, his eyes widening like bronze
bells.
I glanced at Gavyn subconsciously and blurted out, “This, this sounds like Mrs. Delacruz’s voice!”
After some thought, I realized it wasn’t right and corrected myself, saying, “Uh, I mean, the former
Mrs. Delacruz.”
Gavyn took a deep breath, his chest feeling as if it had been punched, and his handsome face turned as rigid as an iron plate.
“Enough, just shut up!” he snapped.
Leaving just two words behind, Gavyn walked away without looking back.

With swift and agile movements, the turn of his body created a sharp gust of wind with his sleeves. His perfect side profile drew a
cold arc under the sunlight.
Llyod followed behind obediently, not daring to ask any questions despite the various doubts in his
mind.
Gavyn took long and quick strides.
The da*ned woman. He guessed, must have been so infuriated that she came here looking for
trouble.
Even though he knew she was extremely cu**ing and manipulative, having deceived him for a full three years, he still eagerly
sought her out. In the end, he was left utterly humiliated in front of the Koch family’s housekeeper.
It’s as if he’s acting like he’s really into her, like she’s some rare treasure, that Aylin!
He simply couldn’t understand.
Previously, Gavyn thought that Aylin married into the Delacruz family for money, but now it seems
that’s not the case.
That makes it even more suspicious. A lady from a prestigious family like Ms. Koch from the Koch family would never lack
money. So, why would she want to marry him? What’s in it for her?
Gavyn couldn’t figure it out and, with a dark expression on his face, slammed the car door shut as
he got in.
All of this was perfectly captured by the surveillance camera at the entrance of the Koch family’s
home.
Robert looked at the angry man on the screen, laughing uncontrollably.

After Aylin had a disagreement with Gavyn, she went to the restroom to wash her face. When she came out, she saw Robert
holding a laptop, laughing so hard that he was bending over backward.
“What’s so interesting that it made you laugh like this?”
“Aylin, you’re here? Look at this.”
Robert leaned on his chin with one hand and pointed at the screen with the other, casually commenting, “Well, this guy doesn’t
look too bad. He’s not exactly charming, but he’s decent enough. It’s a shame that he only seems to have a high IQ but lacks
emotional intelligence... Tsk, maybe it’s not entirely his fault. His mother is a crazy woman, after all. Inferior genes can save
appearances, but not emotional intelligence.”
Between the lines, it’s all about teasing and banter.
“Pfft...”
Aylin was amused by Robert’s witty remarks.
Others might find these words indecent, but she found them extremely pleasant to hear. It was no wonder, since it was her
Robert speaking, his words always carried a certain level of sophistication.
She glanced at the screen and happened to catch a glimpse of Gavyn angrily slamming the car door in the surveillance footage,
her lips curling up indifferently.
“Serves you right.”
