Chapter Epilogue
Epilogue
Coralie and I held our mating ceremony a week after our return from Kalenfall City with over six hundred people in attendance to celebrate the mating of the Lycan Queen. Danny and Luca chose to have a more private ceremony, only Cora, my father and I attended. Cora has already been making changes and rewriting laws that were unjust, ensuring that our promise to the people is upheld. It has officially been seven months since we brought down the Were Council, but the people have never been happier. All of the rogues we brought to our pack lands after the war chose to stay and were welcomed with open arms. Several other packs, in light of the way our pack is thriving with the rogue’s presence, have begun running refuge programs that will allow rogues to earn their place in their packs by proving their loyalty and willingness to help with daily pack tasks.
Darius has been an immense help with ensuring things run smoothly and has taken on a role of an ambassador of sorts. We are all aware of the struggles in other countries, knowing that they face the same torture and injustice that we did, but Cora has decided that we will be helping to put an end to that as well. With our entire army at our side, we will bring freedom to the others so that they may have a chance at living the peaceful lives that we are now free to live here.
At the end of the day, we won the war for freedom, but the only thing that matters to me is that I get to spend the rest of my life loving and worshiping the woman who saved me in every way.
