Tide of Life

I’m preoccupied,

My thoughts were running as if there’s no longer room for tomorrow.

Consuming my energy,

deflating my body,

constricting my lungs to breathe the air

that I wish I still have the privilege to contain inside my brain and to give my life stability,

but that virus just took that away,

they took it all away from me.

I swear it's mutating inside my head,

I can feel it streaming inside my veins,

contaminating my blood, put me into grief.

Now I'm lost for the loss of my family,

They have invaded the world

and soon enough I’ll be walking like just the zombie.
