The Wallflower and the Alphas

Chapter 32 "Birthday Breakfast"

Avery P.O.V.

The next day, After the ride to school with Elijah and Jake.

Ahh, I woke up with a smile on my face. Because I had a wonderful dream, I was at my birthday party, and I met my mate, and we were dancing, and he was so handsome, but I only saw his mouth and his smile, and I would smile back with a blush on my face.

"Avery," I heard someone say my name.

I looked at the door. I looked over it at my mom and dad, and they were smiling at me, holding a cake with candles. I smiled at them, and they walked inside my room singing. I sat up in my bed and saw them walking closer to me at my bed.

"Happy Birthday to you"

"Happy Birthday to you."

"Happy Birthday, dear Avery."

"Happy Birthday to you," my parents sang to me.

I was smiling at them, and they kissed my cheek and hugged me.

"Hey, happy birthday, sweetheart." My mom and dad said.

"Hey, mom and dad!" Thank you!" I told them.

Then I sat up in bed and hugged them, and they started telling me they got a surprise for me downstairs. Then, finally, they left the room and took the cake with them.

Ahh, man! I wanted that cake. I licked my lips, thinking about eating that lovely, delicious cake with pink and white whipped icing.

Oh well, I was getting out of bed, and I started making it. I always make my bed, straighten up, and prepare my clothes for the day. I was going to wear something special today because it's beautiful. But before I started grabbing my clothes and walking toward the bathroom. I felt this awful pain in my stomach.

"Ouch! I stopped in my tracks. I was holding onto my stomach. It must be my time of the month, I told myself. But I didn't know I was so off; I was way off. So, I waited until the pain let up. That was when I walked out the door and went to the bathroom.

After I took my clothes off and went to the bathroom after I finished, I took towel paper and saw if I was or wasn't on my period. I wiped and bought up so I could see. I sighed, and I relaxed. I didn't start my period. After I flushed the toilet, I got in the shower.

I washed and rinsed the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. Then, I started drying my body with peaches and cream body washes. I love that stuff. So, I lavished it up all my body to ensure I smelled suitable for school and my birthday party tonight. Then, I screamed inside my head. I was excited to meet my mate and see my friends and family.

....

After I was in my thought and out of the shower, I started drying off and wrapping the towel around my body and another towel around my hair. Then I started brushing my teeth and cleaned up my mess and went out the door going to my room.

After walking inside my room, I saw my clothes on the bed. But first, I need to get my underwear, bra, and socks out of the dresser by my window. When I walked towards the dresser, I didn't see two sets of eyes staring at me. Instead, I had a feeling someone was staring at me.

So, I turned away, grabbed my underwear, bra, and socks, shut the door on the dresser, and walked quickly over to the bed.

I started sitting on the bed, holding my head, breathing heavily, and smelling this wonderful, delicious smell. So, I wanted to follow this smell, lay in it, and cover it with my body. I heard voices downstairs, so I hurried up the dressing and hurried up, but my hair was up in a bun, and some hair fell and put on a little bit of lip balm and went back in the room, got my phone and backpack, walked out the bedroom and started shutting my door and walked down the stairs...

"Hey, sweetheart!" I heard my mom say, when I walked inside the kitchen, I saw her making pancakes, and I could smell the bacon and sausage and scrambled eggs with cheese and chives on them; they are my favorite. So, I walked in with a smile on my face. I looked told my left. I saw my dad reading a newspaper and drinking his coffee.

I walked inside. I saw my mom, and she turned towards me, smiled, and spoke.

"Hey sweetheart, you hungry?" she asked me with a sweet smile. I looked at what she had in her hand and on the table. I told her with a smile on my face.

"Oh, yes, I am starving, but can I have some cake for breakfast?" I asked her.

She shook her head and laughed. Then I heard my dad laughing behind my mom. I looked at him.

"Baby girl" out of all this fantastic, mouth-watering delicious food, and You want cake!" he said with a shake of his head and a smile.

I thought I heard him laughing, and then my mom laughed. So, then I started laughing, and I went to sit down at the table with my dad; my mom walked over and sat down after she set the food on the table.

We started talking and spending time together before I went to school and work. I was chatting with my parents when I felt pain in my chest and head. I didn't want to show my parents I was in pain, and something was wrong. So, I try to hide that I am in pain and put on a fake smile in front of my parents. So, I grit my teeth and hide my face from the pain. Then, I took a deep breath and went back to eating.

But after we ate...

"Thanks, mom and dad, for the birthday breakfast" I started getting up, putting the dishes in the sink and washing my dish.

I walked over to the table, grabbed my parents' plates, walked over to the sink, and washed and put them away.
