“You look good! But in fact, this outfit looks better without the black pantyhose.”
Hayley looked down. “I think so too.”
She put her hands in again and took the black pantyhose off. Then, she walked around the house like a butterfly and rummaged
through the drawers as if she was looking for something.
“What are you looking for?” asked Paul.

“A bracelet. The one you threw away.” Her voice sounded anxious.
Leonardo remembered that at the twilight of parting, Hayley intended to give him a bracelet, but he threw it and smashed it on
her back, scattering it all over the ground. After that, Leonardo went back to look for it. However, it could no longer be found.

“Over here!” she exclaimed. She had found it in a dusty dox.
“Did you... Go back and pick it up?”
“Yeah! ” Hayley nodded. “Help me put it on.”
Leonardo was startled. “Didn’t you want to give it to me?”

Hayley snorted. “You didn’t want it, and you broke it! You pissed me off! I’d better wear it myself!”

“Sorry! I... I’ll put it on for you!”
He carefully put the bracelet on Hayley’s slender wrist. It seemed unsuitable because it was initially designed for Paul.

there?”

California High School was not far away from this place. They both did not drive and just walked over there. In fact, there had
been a lot of changes in California High School over the decades, but the academy building where they both attended back then
still existed. Most of the schools all over America were not yet opened after they had just experienced the scourge of the Iron
Demons.
They did not encounter many people at school.
“I want to eat candy canes so badly!” Hayley whispered as she sat on a stone step and pointed to a kiosk. However, the kiosk
was closed. No candy canes were for sale at all now.

“Close your eyes, and wait for a moment,” said Paul.

Hayley looked at him and gently took his hand before closing her eyes at ease. The next second, countless mirror images
emerged from Leonardo’s body and burst in all directions. In less than a minute, a mirror mirage teleported over with two candy
canes in his hand.

Hayley opened her eyes and took the candy cane in surprise. She licked it before smiling sweetly.
Before they knew it, it was almost dusk. They both involuntarily came to the place where they had parted decades ago.
Hayley took off the bracelet on her wrist. “Give me your hand.”
She put it on him and said softly, “Don’t lose it again this time!”

Looking at him affectionately, she gently cupped his face and slowly kissed him on the lips. The setting sun shone on the two
people, stretching their shadows.
As soon as Hayley closed her beautiful eyes, tears gushed out of her eyes like broken lines of bright pearls. Leonardo hugged
her hard as if he also wanted to remember this moment deeply. However, Hayley’s tears grew more and more. Touching the
back of Leonardo’s head, her finger suddenly glowed with a black light before she pointed at Leonardo’s head.

“Ahhh!” Hayley raised her head and wailed as tears streamed down her face.
Storm clouds rolled in over a million miles in the sky. The next moment, she suddenly disappeared, leaving only drops of tears
still flowing on Leonardo’s face.
