The Man in Power After Being Married into Her Family

Chapter 3788

Jordan didn't expect to hear about Julian's disappearance. Julian actually went missing within a few days after arriving at Aurous Hill! This was unthinkable.

At the moment, Jarvis was unaware of Julian's sudden disappearance. He walked to Jordan's bed and greeted Jordan with a slight bow. "Lord Fox, why did you summon me so early? Do you have any orders for me?" Jordan hurriedly explained, "Master Yant, Kathleen has just informed me about Julian's disappearance! Kathleen suspects something has happened to him!"

"What?!" Jarvis was stunned. He instantly refuted, "That's impossible! Julian's a six-star martial artist! He's very strong, and his

martial arts is unmatchable in all of Oskia.

How could he be hurt?"

Jordan said, "Kathleen was certain. She met someone for dinner, but Julian was gone when she came out. His number was out of service. What else could it be?"

Jarvis Yant was thunderstruck. He furrowed his brow immediately and deduced in a low voice, "With Julian's character, he'd never leave his post for no reason or cut contact. If both occur at the same time, something unexpected might have happened to him. This seems to have become a very difficult situation."

Jordan did not hesitate to ask, "Master Yant, have you heard of any man in Oskia that may be stronger than Julian?"

"Never," Jarvis said. "As far as I know, Oskia doesn't even have a five-star martial artist. If it's just as Kathleen said, she was i

n a private room separated by a wall, but didn't hear any fighting outside. If there's a mastermind behind this, this man may be far stronger than Julian!"

He then added sternly, "It's not easy to kill or kidnap Julian silently. Even I couldn't do it! Julian may not be as strong as me, but he could at least fight me and last a dozen rounds. If the two of us got into a serious battle, we'd cause such a loud noise that could be heard from a few kilometers away."

Jarvis's explanation shocked Jordan, draining all the color from the old man's face. His panic rising, he sought Jarvis's advice and asked, "Master Yant. In your opinion, how strong must a person be to be able to kill or kidnap Julian silently?" "How strong..." Jarvis's eyelids trembled slightly. Then, he said solemnly, "It'll be hard for anyone to do that within the Illuminating Realm. The opponent's strength must be at least in the Dark Realm!"

"Dark Realm..." Jordan muttered, "Master Yant, haven't you told me before? There hasn't been any Dark Realm master in the world for at least ten years..."

"That's right!" Jarvis nodded. He

went on in a grim tone, "My teacher once mentioned that in a letter to me more than ten years ago. The few Dark Realm masters have long disappeared and are still missing to this day. There's been no news

about them at all."

Jordan asked hurriedly, "Could Julian's disappearance have something to do with the Dark Realm masters?"

Jarvis looked grim. "It's not entirely

impossible. It's just, I fail to understand one thing. Let's say there's a Dark Realm master in Aurous Hill. Why would he attack Julian? Julian stayed in Aurous Hill for just a few days. Did he offend someone?"

Then, he said hastily Jordan, "Lord Fox, please ask Miss Kathleen if she has offended anyone in Aurous Hill firmly believe that the Dark Realm masters won't attack someone without reason. Perhaps they might have attacked him because of a misunderstanding."

Jordan nodded quickly. "I'll ask Kathleen right away!"

At the same time in Aurous Hill, Kathleen was still at the farmhouse near 104 National Road, waiting for news about Julian.

She still couldn't reach Julian's phone. Meanwhile, Sherry coordinated the hackers to hack into the surrounding surveillance camera recordings in order to find valuable clues.

Charlie noticed that Kathleen remained undecided and asked her tentatively, "Ms. Jane, do you want me to accompany you to the police?"

Kathleen shook her head. "Mr. Larson has only been missing for less than half an hour. Besides, he's a grown man. I don't think the police will entertain us or put a lot of effort into searching for an adult who's only been missing for half an hour." Charlie nodded in agreement and sighed." You have a point. If we go to the police and report about a man who's gone missing half an hour ago, the police will see us as brainless idiots..."

Kathleen sighed. Just as she was about to reply to Charlie, she suddenly received a message from her Grandpa.

When she opened the message, she heard Charlie read out most of the message. "Ms. Jane, did you offend someone?"

Her Grandpa's message was, 'Did you offend someone in Aurous Hill?'
