Matthew glanced around and saw the guards had already taken the burly men with broken legs to the hospital. Most of the onlookers had also left, with only a few people still hanging around.

With the feeling that no one was listening, Matthew whispered, "I know a miracle doctor from Thermodra Sect. He's really knowledgeable when it comes to treating men's problems. Want me to hook you up with him?"

Zachary shook his head. "I'm not sick. You're overthinking it. I just want to get some advice and learn from you."

Matthew was at a loss for words. He'd met people learning how to drive, studying business, and even working on social skills, but this was the first for him.

Plus, most of them figure it out on their own, learning through trial and error or by watching some dedicated films.

Still, Matthew was a doctor, so he decided to approach things like how he treated a patient. Plus, he had some insights he could offer to Zachary.

"How about I share my secret to last longer? Do you want to hear it?"

Zachary held Matthew's hand. "Dude. No, I'll even call you my bro. That's what I want to learn. If you share this secret with me, I'll even call you 'daddy' if that's what it takes."

Matthew was at a loss for words. Zachary wasn't usually like this, but why was he getting so worked up about this issue?

After framing his thoughts, Matthew softly stated, "It's not much of a secret. Since you're healthy, it just comes down to your stamina and fitness level. After all, it's quite a physical task. Being good in shape makes all the difference."

Zachary felt speechless. "There are plenty of people who work out, but that doesn't mean they're good at this. Come on, Matt. Can you drop me some real advice?"

Matthew cleared his throat. "Relax. Exercising has multiple categories. I have a structured plan that follows a three-step process, and it can be pretty in-depth.

"Step one focuses on strengthening your thigh muscles. As for step two, we're going to work on... Actually, let's hold off on that for now.

"As long as you're patient and serious about learning, I'll teach you the first step. After you master that, I'll share the second step with you."

Zachary eagerly nodded. "Just teach me this, Matt. If you ever need me, I'll dive right in without hesitation. I'm all set to go above and beyond for you, Matt. What's the first thing I should do to train?"

Matthew said with a smile, "The first step is to do squats."

Squats? Zachary frowned and looked disappointed. "Are you sure that's going to work?"

Upon seeing Zachary's reaction, Matthew figured that he just needed to be more convincing. "That's how I train. If you don't believe me, that's cool. Just focus on your job and stop daydreaming about living off others."

Zachary grabbed Matthew's hand. "Chill out, Matt. Don't get upset with me. I'll buy you a drink today. I trust what you say. Honestly, you're making this sound too simple, and I just find it hard to believe. After getting off work, I will start doing squats."

Zachary regretted doubting Matthew. The only way to find out if it would work was to try it at home.

Matthew nonchalantly glanced at

Zachary. "Don't underestimate a squat. A solid one is quite difficult. That's why martial artists nowadays aren't as skilled as those from back in the day. Most people ignore the fundamentals and focus on the techniques. In the end, they end up with nothing.

"Listen carefully to my tips about squat. First up, when you do a squat, keep your legs parallel to the ground. As you bend your knees, keep your thighs straight.

"Point your toes inward to make sure your footing is solid. Your weight is centered between your legs, with your knees aligned with your toes.

"Next, there's the Crown Technique. Hold your neck firm and straight. Don't tilt your head up or down. Remember to tuck your chin in.

"Picture a rope pulling your GV 20 acupuncture point on the top of your head. It's like an elation you're on cloud nine. That's the so-called Crown Technique.

"Also, relax your waist but tighten your core muscles. Since your legs are grounded, your waist shouldn't be tensed. Allow your waist to hang down naturally. Your abdomen should feel solid but don't force it.

"Lastly, focus on your breathing... But let's not get into the details. You're only

looking to last longer, so just stick with this basic squat.

"As long as you can perform the squat I just shared for ten minutes, you should be able to last for 40 minutes in bed."

40 minutes? Zachary felt a rush of excitement.
