After finishing the talking, Meredith felt her face burning hot, but she did not want to alienate Derek for no reason

Besides, Derek was so busy right now. If Meredith did not come to Derek and watch him, and another woman like the one appeared today came to Derek again, Meredith would be hurt devastatingly.

Meredith insisted. Derek looked at her for a few seconds and said, "Then you can stay."

Meredith nodded and called Damian, saying that she was not going home tonight.

Damian naturally knew that Derek had come, but he did not ask more. However, Meredith was very curious, "Damian, is he in some trouble now? Why do I think something is wrong with him?" Could it be that the Masons was making some conspiracy again?

Judging by the character of Ava and Clara, it didn't seem impossible.

A grain of irritation flashed through Meredith's mind. While at the moment Derek had already walked into the bathroom. Meredith then called without any concerns.

After thinking about it, Meredith took the hotel phone and called Ava.

For a moment, the once-glamorous female star, the national blossom, had become a street mouse that everyone shouted at and beat. Even the once quite arrogant fans all did things to sabotage Ava.

After all, once what Ava had done was exposed, her image of being pure, kind, and not contaminated by social evils had been ruined completely. Now, she had to wear a mask and pair of sunglasses even when she went out, not because she was afraid of being recognized for autographs, but because she was afraid of being beaten up to vent anger.

"It's all Meredith's fault, this bitch!" Although Ava was not in custody, she was already under surveillance. Now she dared not go out, which was no different from being in jail.

While Ava was scolding Meredith, a phone call came in. Ava picked it up and Meredith's voice came from the other side of the phone, "Ava, how are you? How have you been recent?”

Ava narrowed her eyes. Originally she was angry, but then she felt a little bit calm after hearing what Meredith had said.

It sounded that there seemed to be something wrong between Meredith and Derek, but how did it happen?

If that wasn't the case, how could Meredith have called her specifically?

Ava smiled immediately and said, "It looks like the relationship between you and Derek isn't as strong as I have thought. Meredith, I advise you to be careful and let dad out quickly, lest Derek abandons you someday and you will get played seriously by the Masons."
