The Gay Nerd Who Stole His Heart

Chapter 58

"You're a bitch."

"Oh, is that what I am?" Jonah chuckled and rolled his eyes, one hand on the steering and the other holding his phone to his ear. Kylan was furious, "You know nothing about loyalty."

"And you know nothing about love."

"You're garbage"

"Why the fuck did you call me?"

"Just to tell you how much I hate you."

"Do you now?" he laughed, "Yea, believable."

"You're trash."

"I'm pulling up in the parking lot," Jonah said, parking the car and descending from the vehicle. "I'm coming in soon-"

"I rather you not " The line disconnected.

Kylan was pacing across the floor, angrily cursing under his breath that even thinking of Jonah's face made his blood boil. He had a reason to be angry, he thought. Jonah didn't defend him whatsoever. He kicked him out and then told the guards to never let him in.

The minute Jonah entered the apartment, tension had formed. He slammed the door shut as he watched Kylan approach him and threw the briefcase to the side, loosening his tie as he menacingly stepped towards Kylan, "What were you saying to me in the car? Let me hear those words one more time."

"You spineless little brat."

"Keep going, Kylan-"

"You didn't even have my back, which I shouldn't be surprised since you never do."

Jonah's mouth gasped open in disbelief as he furrowed his brows, "You fucking graduated University because of me. What are you talking about? I always have your back. You just get so angry and can't fucking see straight and start believing I'm against you."

"You are against me."

"Can you hear yourself—"

"That's why you couldn't have my back in front of Katie. You couldn't even tell her to get out of the building, but for me, you had security guards holding me from coming back inside."

"Because you were acting like a maniac!" Jonah exclaimed, slamming his fist against the wall, which startled Kylan. "It's my place of fucking work, Kylan. Why can't you understand that."

"Yea, your workplace where you hire a bunch of girls for you to feel satisfied with your job-"

Jonah rolled his eyes and tilted his head, "Okay, Ky."

"That's why your family dipped on you since you have no sense of loyalty."

"I promise you," Jonah's face tightened, and his entire regard darkened, "say something else, I dare you."

"Or what, you going to hit me?"

"You're a guy, aren't you? Don't start acting like a pussy now just because you're scared."

"So I'm right. That's why you want to fight me now, because you know I'm right—"

"Put your hands up, and we'll see how much you're right."

"You know you'll win."

"So how about you stop trying to hit below the belt and chill the fuck out."

"I dare you to hit me."

"I'm not stupid, Ky," Jonah laughed, "you'll get your ass beat and run to Ella, crying about 'Jonah hit me' when you deserve every punch."

They were terribly close that Jonah could literally kiss him, but both their faces were filled with disgust. Kylan scoffed, "I dare you to hit me."

Jonah shook his head and stepped away, "How about you sleep in your own bed tonight? In your own house?"

"This is my home too—"

"You're right. You have paid for groceries maybe once a year ago."

"You're a piece of shit, Jonah."

"Shut up," Jonah spat. "You bore me. You sound like a fucking seagull."

"Where are you going?"

Jonah was walking towards the exit and leaving the apartment and turned around to say, "To have sex with Katie, you gonna do something about it?" Kylan was too speechless and shocked to respond that he said, "Thought so. And also, you were right, I like Katie, she gave me head, and it was better than what you've ever given me."

He shrugged his shoulders and waved, slamming the door shut behind him.

Kylan raced after him, "Jonah, if you leave right now, I promise you I'm gone-"

"Then be gone! No one asked you to stay. I don't even like you anyway," Jonah shouted from the bottom of the staircase before leaving to the lobby and exiting the building.

They didn't talk for two days. Kylan did his own thing, angrily stomping around the house and cooked food, and called Ella to whine and complain those two days. As for Jonah, he stayed at the office overnight without contacting Kylan at all. He was furious as well, but after two days, all both of them wanted was to see one another.

Which was why when Jonah knocked on the door, Kylan knew it was him and raced to the door. He pulled it open slowly and stepped to the side, observing Jonah enter the apartment. He took off his shoes and faced Kylan, "Hey." Kylan gulped, turned away before whispering, "Hi."

"I missed you."

He sighed, "I missed you too." There was a pause, and Kylan soon asked, "Was the things about Katie true?"

"No, I just said that to make you mad. I've never done anything with her, ever."

"Okay," Kylan slowly nodded his head..

There was a short pause, then Jonah asked quietly, "Can we have a chat?"

"Yea, of course."

When they reached the living room, Jonah at one end and Kylan at the other, Kylan snuggled against the pillow and faced Jonah, who twirled his thumbs.

Jonah was the one that started, "I'm just gonna start by saying I love you, and you know I do. But Kylan, this can't be happening."

"What can't be happening?"

"The way you get mad when you're jealous is really bad. You called me, insulted me of being a bitch. You cussed me out, you told me not to come back, yelled at me, used low blows to hurt me. Over me asking you to leave my workplace because you were acting recklessly?"

"I was going at Katie."

"Babe, I know that. All I'm trying to say is that you do see where I'm coming from, right? The way you yelled at me was wrong, and I reflected that, and I'm sorry. I get why you were insecure about it—"

"I wasn't insecure about it."

"I don't want to argue with you again. I missed you."

"Jonah," Kylan leaned forward, "I admit that my raging moments are wrong. All I'm asking is for you to have my back."

"Me asking you to leave was having your back."

"No, it wasn't, though-"

"Yes, it was, Ky!" he exclaimed. "I asked you to leave to protect not just you and your image, but mine as well. I know you wouldn't like people seeing you that way for the first time, and neither would I. I know how you are when you're angry, and it's a quality that I can deal with because I love you, but Kylan, you have to see that the way you react is wrong. I didn't deserve to be insulted like that—"

"And I'm sorry for that."

"Are you? Because it doesn't seem like it, you're more defensive than ever."

"I don't like feeling like my boyfriend is leaving me for a chick. I feel like you miss being with girls."

Jonah shook his head and exhaled a long breath, "Kylan, if I wanted to be with a girl, I would find myself a girl. I want to be with you because I love you." Kylan fell quiet for a second, and when Jonah stepped around the table to sit next to him, he didn't resist. Jonah slowly wrapped an arm around his shoulders, "You don't have to be insecure about our relationship, babe. Those girls don't appeal to me at all."

Kylan exhaled a shaky breath before whispering, "You always stare at them, though."

"Because yes, they're hot, but you're hot too, Ky. Staring at you still makes me nervous, and I still have butterflies when you okay, that was nice." Jonah was taken by surprise when Kylan kissed him.

"I'm sorry, I couldn't hold it back anymore. I want to feel you."

"I've been dying for this, Ky," Jonah breathed, climbing on top of Kylan and removing his shirt. "God, I missed you."

"Just put it in me. I need it," Kylan struggled with his belt, and Jonah helped him.

Jonah pulled down his zipper, and although Kylan was rushing him, Jonah said, "You're probably tight."

"It doesn't matter. Just put it in." When Jonah thrust inside Kylan, it didn't take long before the sensation overflowed his body and his legs started trembling. However, Jonah kept going and restrained Kylan's arms, holding him from moving away from him. "Jonah, I can't..."

"Kylan, hold on."

"Okay, ah! Ah...urgh!" Kylan's teeth gritted, and all his muscles tightened, attempting to pull away from Jonah, but he was stopped.

"You're moving too much."

"It's so much!" Kylan's nails gripped Jonah's back, and Jonah grunted from the pain, which caused him to thrust faster. It was only when his entire face tightened, and he slowed down and eventually stopped, that Kylan fell from his trance, and they both laid together in sweat.

Jonah gripped Kylan's jaw and whispered, "We'll work, alright? Trust me. This is going to work."
