Chapter 3 The Terror of Tristan
On the rooftop of the strange shack in the distance, several heads gathered together to watch this scene.
"It's strange. With the skill of Miss Marlene, there is no problem in killing a few people to protect herself. Why does Miss Marlene willingly let them take her away?"-
A teenage boy was lying prone on the edge of the rooftop, wearing a white hospital gown, looking blankly at the direction of the helicopter.
"First, Marlene wants to leave here very much."
Someone answered.
"And the second?" The little boy continued to ask.
"Second, Marlene is smart and knows that the man who took her away is not easy to deal with. That is Tristan Lynch."
One person stood on the rooftop and looked out at the seaside. Marlene had been taken to the helicopter. "If you can walk out of the Loony Island one day, it is best to take a detour when you meet Tristan. He is more difficult to deal with than the demon."
"Oh." The little boy suddenly looked, and then frowned. "However, after Miss Marlene goes out, she has nothing. How can she survive?"
Listening to this, the man smiled slightly.
Marlene Evans, who stayed on the Loony Island for three years, almost became the king of the slum. How could such a person not survive?
What needed them to worry about...might be the people who abandoned Marlene here.
The capital of Country A.
Large areas of Rosa multiflora climbed high walls, surrounding a retro European-style building.
This was the Multiflora Manor.
The sunshine fell on the courtyard, and the flowers were fluttering in the wind, which was beautiful.
Marlene huddled up and sat on the woven rattan swing on the balcony on the second floor, biting her nails. When the swing swung to a high place, she could see the roses all over the courtyard.
She had been locked up here since she was taken out of the Loony Island, and there were two middle-aged maids taking care of her.
Marlene was unclear that what Mr. Lynch would do with her.
Without money and identity information, she didn't choose to run away, but waited and watched.
Behind her, two maids chatted while pruning Rosa multiflora branches that had climbed on the balcony.
"I heard that Henry, who was
responsible for driving, had braked suddenly, and then was kicked by the young master on the spot. As a result, he was sent to the hospital and almost got disabled."
"What is this? The last time I saw the master personally asking for funding, but was ignored by the young master and got very embarrassed."
"Alas, since the young master took over the consortium, he has become more and more ruthless."
Marlene swung in the swing, and pieced together some information about Mr. Lynch based on the conversation between the two maids for several days. Tristan, 25 years old, was originally the young master of the Lynch Group.
At the beginning of last year, he suddenly rushed into his father's study with a gun, forced the other party to hand over power, and took over the Lynch Group in an all-round way. His acting style was extremely biting, determined, decisive-he kicked off many experienced people, reorganized his core team, and made the Lynch Group the largest and most unprovoked consortium at home.
There were many people who got rich because of him, and there were also many people who hated him so much that they frequently assassinated him. Those who did wrong around him would die miserably;
And those who opposed him died much more miserably.
Even if his own brother was kidnapped, he could still calmly watch his brother's bloody fingers that had been chopped off, talking and laughing without any threat. There was no doubt that he was a ruthless person, and he was a powerful ruthless person.
How terrible such a person was!
"Thinking that it is quite good for us
to be arranged to the Multiflora Manor. We only need to take care of a little gif Although she has a mental problem, she doesn't make noise or any trouble. She just sits idly every day, which does save trouble."
One of them stood there patting her chest and said.
"Right."
Another maid also agreed, turned and looked at Marlene, and then saw that the swing had flown into the air.
The girl sitting on it jumped out like a kite that hadn't been tied.
