Jean felt at ease with the company of the three children. He leisurely drank another cup
of tea.
The triplets exchanged glances and took the opportunity. They asked, “Mr. Handsome,
what do you usually do every day other than work?”
They wanted to know their father better.
Jean said calmly, “Nothing much else. When I’m not working, I’m usually bedridden with
my illness.”
The triplets felt sorry for him when they heard that.
Poor Daddy... He can’t have fun because of his illness.
They did not say that. Instead, they continued asking, “Then do you have any hobbies?
You should have at least one, right?”
Jean thought for a moment and replied, “I like to read and play chess. Does that
count?”

Harvey seemed especially excited. “I love to play all types of chess too, Mr. Handsome!”
Sammy said, “I know how to play chess too, but I prefer playing video games. I’m a pro
at video games. Can I play video games with you someday?”
Jean could not help when he saw Sammy’s smug face,
“Sure, but I don’t know how to play video games. You might have to teach me.”
Sammy’s heart thumped excitedly when Jean agreed to his request. He clenched his
fists and nodded violently. “No problem!”
Seeing that her brothers had shared their hobbies, Penny also spoke, “I’m the same as
you, Mr. Handsome. I love to read! Of course, my favorite books are books about human
anatomy. I want to be a doctor like Mommy when I grow up so that I can save a lot of
people!”
She turned her head to look at her mother and added, “Mommy also loves to read
anatomy books and invent new medicine. When she’s not at work, she would either lie
in bed, watch movies, or browse shopping websites.”
Neera stared at her daughter for some time.

Sammy looked at Jean with complete devotion. When I grow up, I want to be someone
as amazing as Daddy!
Harvey could not help but suggest, “Mr. Handsome, can I play a game of chess with
you? I’ll show you what I can do!”
lan smiled. “No one has even won Sire in chess before. It’s my first time hearing
someone challenge him to a game.”
Harvey waved his hand precociously. “Don’t worry. It’s just a game.”
Jean did not refuse. He ordered lan to get his chess set from his study.
Soon, Jean and Harvey settled down in a game.
At first, Jean was going to take it easy. In a few moves, he was forced to change his
mind.
The five-year-old boy was pretty good at the game!
