Chapter 27: You're a Bad Guy!
Zac saw her frightened expression so he stopped at the last minute.
Despite the fact that his clothes were drenched at the moment, he scooped her up and pressed her against the wall.
Her slender legs were clung to his waist.
She was terrified and didn't dare to let go, she only focused on his body.
She didn't understand why her body felt weak like her energy had been taken away by him in the lingering kiss.
"Sophie don't be afraid......I love you, I love you..."
Zac murmured in her ear as he caressed her back with his hand.
Sophie gradually calmed down, but he was still left aroused.
"Sophie, this is all your fault, now you have to help me!" Zac said mischievously.
"I didn't!" Sophie exclaimed.
Although she doesn't know what happened to him, she really didn't do anything.
She was really confused.
"Now my body is wet, so I think we should shower together’ Zac said.
"No, you're a bad guy! You bully me!"
Sophie said and bit his shoulder with her little white teeth.
Although it didn't hurt, the bite tickled him.
Zac took off his clothes.
He really wanted to teach the innocent girl a lesson for giving him a hard time.
Sophie's health continued to get better under Zac's meticulous care.
She had gradually adapted to her new environment and became familiar with the maids at home.
When Zac was away, she played the piano, visited the greenhouse to chat with the flowers and plants, and baked cookies in the
kitchen.
It was her current favorite hobby.
She baked a variety of cookies practically every day, and the air in the villa had been filled with the pleasant aroma of cookies
being baked one after another, which was extremely appealing.
Sophie enjoyed having the kitchen and not allowing anyone else to help her prepare cookies.
Zac had also allowed her to bake by herself once he confirmed that she would not be harmed in the process.
Sophie baked cookies every day and served them to Zac, but she had never eaten any of them herself.
When asked why she would just respond with a smile.
Zac didn't enjoy sweets in general, but he ate them since Sophie baked and served them to him herself, even if they were honey
laced with food coloring.
The days were too serene and relaxing as if they truly convinced people that happiness had arrived.
However, instead of happiness, Zac's staff remained vigilant every day, bracing themselves for the storm that may strike without
warning.
Bang! Zac swept the laptop off the desk and onto the floor.
The assistants and vice presidents in the large and wealthy president's office were nervous and panicked!
"Is this what you've made after staying up for three nights?"
Zac's voice boomed, which made the employees scared to death.
"It's shit! The Madden's pays you millions of dollars for this trash you call hard work?!"
"Get out of here! Everyone out!" Zac shouted.
Everyone immediately fled.
In the large and empty office, Zac was finally left alone.
He loosened his tie, leaned feebly on the chair, lifted his hand, and pinched his brow.
His emotions were increasingly harder to manage recently.
He got irritated every time he lost his temper because it is not his intention.
His body's emotions, on the other hand, were out of control, and his willpower was deteriorating.
This wasn't right.
Under the cold light, his eyes were deep with these repressed and complicated emotions which were unknown to others.
