Chapter 494 I Am Elias
Moon carefully observed the man standing before her. He was undeniably handsome, just as Amanda had described... He was
almost unbelievably handsome.
Was this Amanda’s boyfriend?
Elias saw that the girl had been silent for quite some time, and he was growing impatient, so he asked, “Please speak up. Why
did you keep mentioning my name? How do you know me?
Although he wasn’t particularly interested in why this girl knew him, he sensed that there
was more to it.
Upon being scolded in this manner, Moon snapped out of her thoughts but still maintained a submissive demeanor. “Um... May I
ask if you are Mr. Elias Winters? Are you Elias Winters?”
She found it hard to believe, considering the dangerous circumstances surrounding this
matter.
Elias replied while suppressing his impatience. “Yes, I am Elias Winters. Why do you know my name? Please explain.”
“Great! I finally found you. I... I am here on behalf of Amanda Bailey. She mentioned that she thought she saw you earlier, but
she needed to confirm. So, she asked me to find you. If 1 I found you, I was supposed to tell you that her name is Amanda
Bailey, and she needs your help.”
Moon relayed everything Amanda had told her and felt a sense of relief as she did so.
Upon hearing Amanda’s name, Elias became instantly alert while furrowing his brows and grabbing Moon’s arm. “Where is she?
Take me to her!”
“She’s in the restroom over there. I’ll take you there. Please save us. Those scoundrels want to force us into sleeping with men. I
don’t want to...”
Sleeping with men?

Elias‘ anger surged, and he even felt the urge to destroy this club. He clenched his fists, pursed his lips, and followed closely
behind Moon.
Everything else could wait until he saw Amanda.
Moon led him to the restroom they had just been in, but the man guarding outside was nowhere to be found.
What did this mean?
14
Was Amanda also gone?
Moon immediately panicked and searched around but was unable to locate Amanda. anywhere.
Elias furrowed his brows. “What are you looking for?”
“The man who was guarding us has disappeared.” Moon finished speaking and entered the
restroom.
Initially hesitant due to it being the women’s restroom, Elias disregarded that concern in his pursuit of saving Amanda.
He entered the restroom and found it empty. Amanda was gone?
“How could she disappear? Amanda said she would stall that man so I could find
you. How could this happen... Could they have discovered my escape?” Moon panicked and felt guilty.
“If they find out that Amanda helped me escape, will they mistreat her-” Elias abruptly turned and left the restroom before Moon
could finish off her sentence.
Moon hurriedly followed while pleading with Elias. “Mr. Winters, please save me. I don’t want to be alone here. They will capture
me and take me back!”
However, Elias paid her no attention. He didn’t even glance back as he said, “Follow me!”
Moon followed closely, afraid of being left behind, while also searching for Amanda’s.

presence.
Elias searched through all the rooms in that corridor, but he couldn’t find anyone. He turned back and asked Moon, who was
trailing behind him, “Where do they usually keep you?”
“We are usually kept in this room. If we don’t comply, we get beaten. Could it be...” Moon. began to have a foreboding feeling,
but Elias continued to ask her, “What? Tell me!”
“They have been pressuring Amanda to accompany people over there. Could they have taken her directly to that man’s room?”
“Which room?!”
Elias felt a sudden throbbing in his temple and shouted in anger.
Moon was almost petrified and couldn’t recall the exact room for a moment. She said while trembling, “It’s the room at the far end
on the third floor. I can’t remember the exact number...”
The man proceeded directly toward the elevator, but it never arrived, so he headed for the
21
staircase instead.
Moon followed closely behind him without missing a step.
Elias descended five flights of stairs in one breath and arrived at the third floor. He spotted the rooms at the very end and looked
at Moon before asking. “Which room? Do you have any recollection?”
“I...” Moon gazed at the few rooms in front of her. It seemed like it was either room 3102 or 3103.
“It’s one of these two rooms, either on the left or right. I was crying and struggling so much at that time, so I didn’t pay attention
to the room numbers.”
Elias kicked open the door in front of him and barged in, only to find a couple engaged in an intimate act.
They screamed in fear as they were startled by Elias‘ sudden intrusion.
“Ah! Who are you? How dare you barge in!”

Upon realizing that he had entered the wrong room, he turned around and left without giving the couple a chance to say anything
else.
Then, he kicked open another door, revealing a man uttering disgusting and vulgar words. toward a bathroom door.
Upon hearing the sound of the door being kicked, the man first felt startled, then angrily shouted, “Who the hell are you? Why did
you kick my door open? Where are the security guards? Where is the manager? Is this the level of service here where anyone
can just barge in?!”
Elias grabbed the man’s bathrobe collar and said, “What the hell do you think you’re doing? That’s my woman, and you dare to
engage with her?! I think you’re tired of living!”
“What are you doing? Let go! Let go! If you don’t release me, I’ll call the police!” The man panicked slightly after realizing that
Elias was a formidable individual who didn’t care about the man’s status or identity.
The security guards and the manager quickly rushed over upon hearing the commotion, and they were dumbfounded when they
witnessed the scene inside. They never expected Elias to be so forceful, even kicking open the door.
“Mr. Winters, this is inappropriate. You can’t affect our business. The woman you’re searching for is not here!”
“Whether she’s here or not, it’s not up to you to decide. I’ll find her myself” Elias threw the

man in front of him to the ground like trash and then walked toward the bathroom.
In the short distance of a few steps, he could feel his anxiety growing. He was afraid to push the door open, but he also yearned
to find Amanda.
He didn’t want to wait another second.
“Mr. Winters, if you insist on doing this, we won’t be polite either. Excuse us. We’re just conducting business as usual.”
The manager and security guards hurriedly entered to restrain Elias. However, to their astonishment, a team of bodyguards also
rushed in and prevented them from entering.

They shut the door and provided Elias with a tranquil environment.
Within the room.
Elias stood outside the bathroom, and all he could perceive was the sound of water rushing.
His voice was strained. “Amanda, is that you....”
No response came from within, prompting him to inquire with determination. “Amanda? Are you inside?”
