Chapter 10- Kieran's POV
“As Siofra mentioned earlier, the second prophecy is only suppose to be seen between Zion and I. I am Zion’s progeny. However, since everything has changed, I have no choice to tell the four of you about the prophecy. After the ball, I had an unexpected visitor in my home. Thyon came to visit me. I am not sure what his intentions are, but his hate and disgust for me is strong. I do know that he was asking about the second prophecy,” I said.
“You didn’t give the second prophecy to him, did you?” Weylyn said irritated. “I only gave him a part of it,” I said. At this point Weylyn stood up pushing his chair back before he opened his mouth. “Are you crazy bloodsucker!” I am trying to stay calm but if he calls me bloodsucker again, we are going to have a problem. “Sit down mutt!” I said with venom.
“Boys… STOP!” Siofra yelled with a tear running down her beautiful face. I didn’t mean to make her cry. “I am so sorry princess,” I said. “As I was saying, Thyon is a god. If I didn’t tell him, he would have killed me. So, I only told him half of it,” I said. Weylyn straightened up his chair and sat back down.
“The second prophecy states: Three chosen ones. Each a child of one demi-god. Two are mated to one. Once the bond is complete, strength and power will be for all. Joining forces together, they fight to bring down one. At last, the god will fall,” I said. “Wait a minute… So this prophecy is about Weylyn, you, and I? What does it mean by demi-god? What does it mean by completing the bond? Oh my gosh. Don’t get me started on not comprehending on what it means to join forces either. I feel like my head is about to explode,” Siofra said with panic.
“Breath sweetie breath,” I said trying to soothe her. I wanted to kiss her but didn’t want to start things. “The prophecy is talking about the three of us. Like I said, it is rare to have two mates. Zagorn, Zienna, and Zion are demi-gods because their mother is human. Weylyn is a creation from Zienna, you are a creation from Zagorn, and I am a creation from Zion,” I said.
“Completing the bond is done by us males mating and marking you. Siofra, you would bear both of our marks. This is like a human marriage, but we would be together for life. No divorce. When we mark each other, we exchange blood which only makes are bond stronger. Making each us individually stronger,” I said.
“The bond also amplifies the demi-gods powers. Just like us becoming one, the demi-gods will become one too. When that happens, we will join forces together,” I stated and then continued. “We would be strong enough to take down Thyon.”
