It was already a whole month since we brought the triplets home, it was a stormy Saturday night and it was already midnight Tanner and Tristan were sound asleep but Tye was up crying with a fever . Tobias walked into the room sighing worriedly " want me to take him for a while go get some sleep" he says taking Tye from me trying to calm him I sigh heavily " okay Tobey , but I just can't sleep knowing he's sick " Tobias hands him back to me smiling " okay then, we'll both stay up with him until Folten gets home " Folten was at his dad's sixty-fifth birthday, we had to stay home because Tye was so sick. The party was an hour away and Folten wasn't getting home until late tonight. As the storm raged on Tye finally fell asleep his fever began to go away . I as laid in bed watching the triplets sleep soundly in their basenettes I screamed hearing the sound of glass breaking the triplets woke crying as Tanner 's bed tipped over as a man in hooded cloak jumped in threw the window picking up Tanner as folten and Tobias ran in I screamed grabbing Tye and Tristan " please let my baby go!" His voice I knew it folten and Tobias glared at him angirly " kaiden! I thought you were locked up by the wolf ministry themselves?! How'd you escape?" Kaiden smirks at Tobias sighing " I'm here to get my son ..." he says looking at Tanner who is crying folten shouts angirly " ugh I'm sick of this bullshit kaiden ! Tanner isn't yours! Get over it Molly never liked you so move on now give back our son or I'll take him from you by force!" Folten says to kaiden angirly kaiden grips Tanner then pulls his wolf dagger on him I cry looking at him " No!" I shout at him worriedly Tobias and folten move in I cover my eyes as I hear crying and more glass breaking then the sound of kaiden scream. Tobias hands me Tanner as he kisses my forehead softly " give folten time..." he says as I look over seeing him standing at the broken window looking down crying. Folten had killed his own brother to protect his own son, now I understood why I loved him so much. He was willing to go to any length to protect us but what scared me the most was just how far would folten go
