Chapter Book One :- Part Twenty
As she moved around serving drinks on every table, her mind constantly drifting back to Gaetano. Now or never how could she deny that she was in love. He was complicated and a difficult puzzle to figure and it was getting up to her. After Sergio she had promised herself to never love again but now it was late. She was in love with a man who is in love with another woman. She couldn't help the fact that even her heart constricted with so much jealous and pain. The question "who is the woman" was still stuck in her mind. It was like she was invisible mostly doesn't exist or more so as she thought.
She kept up the question of what she meant to him, one minute his so sweet and beautiful and the other his so cold dangerously asking her to marry a man who loves someone else.
She suddenly felt the urge to scream even in far away he still managed to invade all the cubicles of her mind.
She felt the world dangerously spin around her and managed to keep her balance then walked over to the counter and grabbed a stool to sit on. The elevator doors opened and Gaetano and Marco walked in to the room.
Her eyes landed on him, his hair was well combed with a strand of hair falling a stray. His blue eyes cold as ever that it made her stomach churn and his lips moved as he talked.
She felt a longing for his touch and closeness, she had managed to avoid him for a week now but her heart seemed to not agree with her.
Her mind drifted to a girl with ginger hair that was holding on to his arm. She felt something sharp cut her through, he was already up for other girls just for the one week she was far away from him. Mia walked over to her with her high heels making sounds every time they hit the cold floors making her black lingerie stand out...
"Go talk to him" Mia said and Roche nodded in agreement.
She looked back at Gaetano then her eyes drifted to the red head that was trying to capture his attention.
"He doesn't care" she whispered then grabbed a tray off the counter and walked over to the table she was supposed to serve. Even if she didn't want to give in, she missed his voice. With denial she missed every thing about him..
After placing down the drinks on the table, she stood up to walk away from the group of these men that kept staring at her like a piece of meat, she was starting to become uncomfortable.

As she started walking away one of them grabbed her by the wrist. "Where are you going beautiful?" He asked as she turned around to look at him. His brown eyes undressing her while he licked his lips.. She felt disgusted by him while trying to get out of his grip. "Let me go" She said softly. She was broken inside to even have time for these drunkards.
"Oh come on princess, why don't we just get out of here... You know to have some fun" he added the last part checking her out again before his eyes drifted back to her, using her right hand she slapped him so hard across the cheek that he managed to let go of her wrist. She felt more and more bubble's of anger build up in her making her hands fold into fists but now she had to cool herself before doing more damage. What had she done, she was going to lose her job. She needed to apologize but she knew that no matter how hard she tried to, she couldn't apologize. She turned around to run out of the room, all eyes were on her now making her look down. She couldn't go far before he grabbed her by the hair again.
"You little bitch" he said harshly while her hands moved over to her hair trying to erase his hard grip and in that instant he raised his fist to hit her across the face making her close her eyes.
His fist was held far more close to her face by another hand. Gaetano stared at him before letting his fist get in contact with the man's jaw making him stumble back and landing on the floor. Larissa opened her eyes with a few tears leaking. Her grey silver eyes landed on Gaetano as he turned to look at her. Her eyes bore into his glassy blue ones she missed.
"Larissa" he whispered before ran into him hugging him so close to her. He held her.
His large hands holding her so tight. She felt like a baby in his large frame, his baby. She missed his scent but now it was like her plan to avoid him had crushed. He pulled away slightly and his large hands grabbed her ass pulled her up as her legs automatically wrapped around his waist and her arms locked around his neck then he started moving back towards the counter.

She buried her face in his neck and placed a kiss there, she started sucking there slowly. "Larissa" he warned darkly making her smile lightly. He placed her down on a stool as her legs unwrapped from around his waist while her hands moved over to his chest.
He stared down at her before she looked up at him " Why are you trouble?" he asked over the loud music while leaning in close to her face.
"I.. I.." She stammered not knowing how to answer as he hid his face in to the croak of her neck.
"That beauty of yours keeps men walking on ice especially when you wear such dresses" he whispered harshly which sent shivers down her spine to the core. She had even forgot the red dress that hugged her body tightly making her remember red was his favourite colour.
"And one of those men is me, your locking me in your cells treasure" he added and she closed her eyes before realising a sigh.
"Gaetano" she whispered softly" we're in public stop saying such words" she scolded lightly and he smiled knowing the exact effect he had on her.
"Let them all know that your mine " he replied holding her by the waist so close to him while her hands moved over to his shoulders. No matter how angry she is with him, she belonged in his arms only being his.
In there world of guns, blood, betrayal, enemies, lies and death, she found him and he was the most beautiful thing in her life.
