The Addiction Series

Chapter Book One :- Part Thirty One

He stared at her, by now she wasn't sobbing anymore but looking up at the ceiling though her tears couldn't stop falling down her eyes, it's like she had more to say but didn't know how.

"Treasure " he whispered and she turned her head in his direction looking direct in his eyes from where he sat staring down at her.

"why do you call me that?" She whispered and he smirked. To be sincere he didn't expect such a question from her especially at this moment.

He leaned closed to her face and without warning he placed his lips on hers, she brought her arms around his neck pulling him to her. He pulled away just not far, her hands were still locked behind his neck. He raised his eyes from her lips to her eyes that held sadness.

"I was afraid to love again cause all the girls around me no one could fit in my late wife's shoes but you" he placed a kiss on her nose and her eyes closed automatically. He stared at her

"your one in this world that we belong to, when I saw you at first.. You seemed lost somewhere far in the sea and I wanted to retrieve you.. To get a hold of you

You came as a treasure to me" he seemed lost of words on how to explain himself. He was never the romantic type but with her he was ready to try. "Am addicted to you and am deep in to it" he added and her lips displayed a beautiful smile that got him also smiling

"I want to take a bath " she whispered opening her eyes and staring at him. He smiled down at her, her hands unwrapped around his neck. He removed the tube that was helping her breath from her nose and unconnected the cannula to the Medicine just as the nurse had shown him before she left.

She pulled herself in a sit up position as he got off bed and walked over to her side, he carried her in his arms passionately and her arms went around his neck again. She kept staring at him wondering how he managed to care for her after everything that happened.

She felt like she didn't deserve it any more. He kicked the bathroom door fully open and he walked in with her. He placed her in front of the sink her hands moving over to it to help her balance self.

He walked over to the door and locked it.

"Tell me about Fatima Broccoli " She whispered as he turned around and walked back over to where she stood.

"She was an Angel with light blonde hair and beautiful big blue eyes. When she turned to look at you the first you would notice where her eyes" he spoke up standing behind her and placed his hands on both her shoulders staring direct in the mirror.

When it came to Fatima, none of his men were allowed to speak that so was everyone in the house. It was always a sensitive topic for him but right now he felt like he owed her this. She lifted her left hand and placed it on his right in a comforting manner.

"I don't want to know it anymore" she whispered and he smiled, he realised this was her way to tell him not to say anything if his not ready.

He nodded to be sincere he was ready to tell her but not this night, her hands started to unbutton his shirt that was covering up her body, he turned to walk out of the bathroom and give her some space but she just held his wrist not allowing him to leave.

He looked back at her but her eyes were closed and cheeks were hitting up already.

"I want my wedding night" she whispered shyly and he smirked. He looked her over from her feet to her hair. To be sincere she never cease to turn him on, he walked over to her and leaned on the sink next to her facing her. He removed her hand from his wrist and held it firmly.

"I have no problems with that but.." He replied holding her hair harshly and pulling her close to him. Her eyes locked with his and he smirked " you can't manage so first get better " he whispered and let go of her hair. She looked up at him sadly

"Don't do that Larissa when am about to leave " he whispered and her eyes widened

"What do you mean?" She whispered back and he realised she didn't know, his hands wrapped around her waist and he pulled her close to her body then leaned in and kissed her forehead.

"I am going to Russia, I will be leaving at 5:00 am just one hour from now" he replied and sadness covered up her eyes, she didn't want him to leave not now or after. " please don't go" she replied tears covering up her eyes. She hugged him tight not ready to let go and he let out a sigh.

"Larissa " he whispered pulling her from away from the hug and staring in her eyes. "It's just for a few days then you will have me by your side all the time, I have to do this " he added but she was just looking up at him not even bothering to look away

"Why" she whispered lightly of course she knew he hated such questions but to be sincere she wanted to know

He kissed her forehead once more and turned around away from her arms to walk out of the bathroom but stopped when he reached the door.

"It's time to end it all Larissa am not living with the fear of you or my baby getting in danger anymore " with those words he walked out of the room
