Sweet Subterfuge By Trina Duo Chapter 996

Chapter 996

Because she had to help Kevan and Larissa take care of Aster, Violet came over frequently.

Larissa’s schedule was more flexible than Kevan’s.

Sometimes, she could come back early and run into Violet.

Violet would always find ways to ask when Larissa was going to have her wedding.

Truth be told, Larissa had not thought of having a wedding.

She was getting married for the second time after all.

When she married Travis last time, the wedding was not grand, but it was still big. Plus, there was a wedding dinner. She didn’t really want a repeat of that.

To her, a wedding was a waste of time, money, and energy. She did not have any dreams about having a grand wedding like young teenage girls.

So, Larissa always told Violet in a roundabout way that she had no plans for a wedding.

But she was probably too roundabout with 1. because Violet did not seem to get it and kept asking without stopping.

So, Larissa could only discuss it with Kevan. “Can you tell your mom that we won’t be having a wedding?”

Kevan knew she was busy with work, so he had rot officially talked about the wedding with her.

Now that he heard her say that, he was a little surprised and unhappy.

“Why not?” His face darkened at once. “You don’t want to tell other people about our relationship?” He was still mad about the “secret marriage” she mentioned before.

“Of course not!” Larissa did not know why he would have such a weird thought. She sighed and told him the truth. “I just feel that it’s too troublesome and exhausting.”

“How is it troublesome?” Kevan retorted righteously. “I can hire the best wedding planners and let them handle everything. You don’t have to worry about anything.”

In other words, Larissa only needed to dress up, show her face at the wedding, and accept the envious stares of everyone else.

“You really want to have a wedding? Larissa asked Kevan, who pressed his lias lightly together and said nothing. He only stared hard at her. Well he did tell Larissa what he really wanted.

“Then…” Larissa began to falter.

She was marrying for the second time, but Kevan was marrying for the first time.

She could not be sellish, and she had to respect his wishes too.

“Alright then.”

She finally said okay.

“But just to be clear-” Afraid that they might light over this in the luture, Larissa quickly gave him a heads-up. “My l will still be focused on work, so I might not be able to care about the wedding preparations. I can only say that I will do my best to not affect your progress.

“Anyway everything is up to you, and I will cooperate with you.”

“Good.” Kevan was waiting for just that. Her participation in the wedding preparations was not important, because he would make everything perfect and give her the grandest and most unforgettable wedding ever.

Kevan decided to hold the wedding in May.

It would be spring, and flowers would be blooming everywhere, so the weather would be good. Chapter 996
