She reckoned this young lady from the Peck family was a perfect match for Sebastian 

The Peck family’s pedigree was top notch, their daughter was a PhD grad from a prestigious university, so her wisdom were beyond question. 

The more she looked the more she liked her 

She wanted to engage in a bit of chit chat with Miss Peck, but Angelina Peck was giving her the cold shoulder 

She assumed Julia wanted to set up Mitchell with a date, but she was not interested in Mitchell one bit. 

She was here for Sebastian, the head honcho of the Ingram family 

She had her eyes on the prize to be the lady of the Ingram house. 

If she could bear a son, that kid would be the heir to the Ingram fortune right out of the womb.

He turned to Caroline Snider and said, “Ms. Snider, I believe this is your first visit to the Ingram family.” 

With a soft voice, Caroline Snider explained, “Yes, it’s my first time here. But I didn’t come willingly, I was following my mother’s orders.” 

“You’re so honest, isn’t everyone here being nudged by their families? Sebastian, you’re the hot ticket in our circle of high society; everyone wants to marry their daughter off to you!” 

Sebastian casually replied, “Really?” 

“Of course! I heard you recently splurged two billion to snag that pink diamond at Mrs. Perez’s charity event, almost the size of a pigeon’s egg, right?” 

“That’s right.” 

“Wow! Can we get a peek?” 

“Sorry, you can’t. It’s already wrapped up, I’m planning to give it away tonight.” 

Angelina Peck couldn’t help but squint her eyes and say, “I wonder which lucky lady that is.” 

Annoyed, Angela said, “Who else could it be but Stephanie?” 

Caroline Snider wore a shocked expression: “Ms. Bishop hasn’t even been accepted by the Ingram family. and Mr. Ingram is already gifting her so generously?” 

Sebastian casually replied, “Is it valuable? I don’t think so.” 

He didn’t find the castle he bought for fifty billion for that girl to be expensive at all. 

Money was just material, after all. 

If it can ensure that girl’s future and gave her a sense of security, then it’s worth more than anything.
