However, she obediently opened her mouth when Ashley fed her breakfast, looking very well behaved

Stephanie and Gillian quickly went to wash the dishes in the kitchen and came back after cleaning up.

At first, Emily seemed hesitant with people around her, but eventually, she became calm and let her mom hold her, listening to them talk. 

About two hours later, Ashley found Emily had fallen asleep on her shoulder. 

She said helplessly. “This kid just fell asleep with no warning, I need to bring her back to her room for a nap.”

After bringing Emily back to her room, Ashley returned to continue the lesson. 

However, before long, the door was surprisingly opened from the inside. 

Emily walked out, barefoot, without saying a word. She went straight to Ashley’s side and climbed onto her lap, sitting just like before.
