Chapter 54
*****Vincent's POV*****
Pulling up to the second bar which had only just opened, I sigh slightly when seeing that it was also an 'unders' bar which basically meant that they allowed people in who were sixteen or over as long as they didn't attempt to drink any alcohol...
It was a western themed place, with everybody seeming dressed up for the night in cowboy hats and denim.
Slamming my car door shut, I draw a few nearby eyes from a group of guys before whispers are heard and they quickly divert their gazes. I choose to ignore it, not in the mood to question their whispers, as I walk through the sea of people - noting that it seems like a busy place.
They've got to be in here...
I think, pushing open the doors and not giving the staff member outside any time to even greet me or to show me in.
I stand in the entrance, taking a minute to survey the entirety of the place, the tables, the bar, the bathrooms, the dance floor - as I glance past some guys before finding Emma amongst them.
Her arms were up in the air as one of the guys took her by the hand and spun her around causing for her to squeal happily.
Isn't she talking with Reid? I thought that they were getting close...
I decide that I'll be sure to mention this incident to him later, having only spoke with him at the start of the night about how he actually liked Emma and planned on apologising to Sofia as soon as he sees her... which was completely out of character for him too.
So for Emma to be up in here, dancing against some random guy, was completely disrespectful to him and I never expected it from a girl like her - so quiet and reserved.
Unless...
They had both been drinking in here! The only plausible reason could be the added confidence gained from a few sips of alcohol!
I instantly scan around her looking for Sofia, growing suddenly flustered being unable to find her, before one of the guys on the dance floor with his back to me moves aside ever so slightly to reveal a bright blonde head of hair and a pink cowboy hat.
Sofia wasn't that blonde, but then again Daryl did say that she had her hair done today... so could it be her?
My questions are answered when I see her turn to giggle up at the guy behind her before proceeding to allow for him to grind himself into her ass from behind.
In that moment, I feel every ounce of control snap loose from my body.
Storming my way towards the centre of the dance floor, harshly shoving my way past anybody who stood in my way, my hands instantly dart out for the guys shoulders as I yank him backwards harshly the second that he was within my reach. I give him a split second to react, before he tries to swing at me and I just tackle him to the floor.
Pummelling my fists into the guys face who I don't recognise, he curses and thrashes against me in a desperate attempt to defend himself.
"She's fucking mine!" I growl out, continuing to bludgeon his facial features before suddenly feeling hands on my bicep tugging me back.
I instantly stand and snap around to face them, thinking at first that one of his friends had been so stupid as to step in to defend him, but instead I find Sofia - teary eyed and looking scared. Breathing heavily, I look around at the gathered crowd of watchers, noticing that even the bouncers had chosen to stay out of this one...

"We are going home!" I demand, grabbing Sofia by the hand harshly, motioning for Emma to follow us as she opens and closes her mouth in horror but does so anyway.
I lead us outside to the car, leaving the guy behind on the floor to deal with his new injuries that I had inflicted upon his face.
"Vincent what the hell was that?!" Sofia attempts to scold me, as I instantly stop dead in my tracks by the car and turn to face her - watching Emma slowly be the first to climb in to the vehicle.
"What was that? I should be asking you that question! Dancing with that guy like a fucking tart!" I rage, evidently hurting her feelings but I didn't care.
"It's just another repeat of the other night isn't it, finding you whoring yourself out on the fucking poles in my bar and now this! I'm starting to think that Reid never put you up to it after all! You like it, don't you? Guys chasing after you and throwing themselves at you! You don't have any fucking standards! Dying your hair porn star blonde, what's next? I mean, look at the fucking outfit too - your ass is hanging out of those fucking shorts!" I yell at her in the street, as she lowers her gaze and tears begin to stream.
I was breathing heavily now, my temper fully past breaking point as I stood there in my whole stubborn glory and watched her cry.
"Quit fucking crying and get in the car!" I lean towards her and speak through my teeth before rounding my way to the drivers side, leaving her to wipe her wet cheeks.
I climb in and not a moment later Sofia does so too.
The short drive back home was quiet and filled with tension, my knuckles whitening on the wheel as I eventually roll up to my driveway.
How dare she treat me like that, after everything I've done to help her too! She obviously hasn't figured that I pretty much own her at this point.
Does she think I've just been kissing and flirting with her for humour? She's treating me like a damn fool here! Even with Daryl, she's doing it to him as well!

The girl clearly knows what she's doing... and I barely know two things about her past either. She could be anybody. A prostitute hopping from town to town to make some money for all I know. Pretending to be innocent when she's the biggest player I've ever met.
Or was I being harsh? Maybe I was just paranoid?
"Have you both been drinking tonight?!" I question, cutting the engine and producing more tension in to the air if at all possible.
With a stiff nod from Emma in the back, she answers my question as I all but shake my head.
"After the way you acted last weekend? Running off and crying like you did? You seriously thought that was a smart idea?" I ask Sofia, as she keeps quiet which was probably best in this moment.
If she attempted to argue back with me I would totally lose it.
"Living in my house and I don't even know shit about you! Get inside and stay out of my sight for the rest of the night!" I state, before the pair of them scramble to undo their belts, climbing out as I watch them move swiftly towards the front door.
Daryl was already here waiting for us to get back, no doubt he will probably offer her some sympathy which I won't.
She's pissed me off tonight. Completely disrespected me.
Yet, I hadn't actually made my feelings clear to her or not clear enough anyway. Maybe tomorrow there has to be rules set in place. But will she follow them? It seems she doesn't want to be tied down by anybody at this rate. But if she wants to stay here, with me, she will need to eventually accept that she's mine.
