Chapter 21
Chapter 21
I pull on my gown in haste, cussing Aziz in my mind for being impatient and nearly making me late. The gown is simple but exquisite, Balthas wanted his stepdaughter to look her best so he ordered the best designer across the country. The bodice was encrusted with diamond stones worth billions, the only difference between my dress and that of mom is that her whole dress was coated with a diamond of different colours while mine stopped at my waist.
I stared at myself in the full-length mirror of the dressing room as the stylist fawned around me, and my eyes almost popped out at the woman staring at me. I couldn't believe I was staring at my reflection. My hair was styled just like that of a bride, the only thing missing is the little diamond crown that seats on a bride's head.
The make-up was top notch and I couldn't ask for more, it transformed my face, bringing out the sensual beauty my mom loves to compliment so much.
"It is time," someone announced through the thick door and the stylist stopped all their activities and stepped away from me. I got out of my seat and made my way to the room where my mom was being dressed.
"You look beautiful," I told her, walking into the room, and stopping right behind her.
"You are not looking bad yourself," she teased.
"Are you nervous?" Her hands were clutching her dress so tight, that her knuckles were beginning to turn white.
"I am not nervous, this isn't my first wedding so why should I be?" I didn't want her to do something that will make her unhappy today of all days, so I dropped the topic and smiled at her.
"Rich husband huh? He didn't even try to hide his wealth that is why he had a diamond dress designed for his wife-to-be," I teased her.
She smiled and glared at me. "Speak for yourself," she rolled her eyes. "Look at the dress you are putting on." I rolled my eyes at her and pulled her into a hug.
"Everything will be fine, so put your mind at rest." She hugged me back, holding me tighter and I knew she was definitely nervous, she was just trying to hide it. I pulled away slightly and held her hand. "I hate to admit it but I know Balthas would be a great husband... And a great father too." She nodded her head and held unto my hand.
"Now relax and when we get to the door, walk down the path to your new life with confidence," mom pulled me into a warm hug.
"I am grateful you are my daughter, I wonder what my life would have been if it was someone else." We didn't have the time to start crying, so I pulled at her hand and we walked out of the room, down to the door of the hall.
"Are you ready?" I smiled at her, before stepping forward, right in front of her. The door pushed open and I walked in slowly, counting my steps until I got to the stage. I lifted my eyes and sucked in a huge gulp of air.
Standing there in a white tuxedo is the man that dominated my brains and my body. Aziz stood there looking utterly beautiful and breath-taking for a guy.
I made a mental note to ask God what he did to deserve that face of his. Without falling over and tripping just by looking at him, I made it safely to the stage and stood facing Aziz.
The door pushed open again, and I turned around to watch my mom's enchanting entry, but not before catching Aziz winking at me from the corner of my eyes. I pull my leg together and fixed my gaze on mom as she made her way to us on the stage, her head held high and her face lit up with a smile.
God! She was too beautiful for her age, and that was a sin on its own. No wonder Balthas couldn't keep his eyes away from her every day, he either has his arm wrapped around her waist or he was in their room showing her how wonderful she is.
She stepped on the stage and I
drone out the words of the priest as he went in and on about the joining of the two souls. My eyes met Aziz's, he was looking at me already and I guess he was also not trying to listen to the boring sermon the
priest keep blabbing about.
He smirked down at me, his eyes glinting and subtly, he thrust his hip forward so I was the only one that saw the action. I gulped down nothing, the sensual promise behind that simple action was so clear.
"You may now kiss the bride," the priest clear voice cut through the sensual tension between Aziz and me, and I looked away from him, back to the stage where Balthas has his tongue stuck down mom's mouth.
I smiled then... These two keep acting like teenage lovers and not like old people.

The reception started in full swing, with people swaying here and there with their partners. Those who had no partners flirted around. I swayed my hip to the music being played, dancing with Balthas on the stage as he twirl me around.
Now I knew where Aziz gets his
dance moves from, he was sleek, catching me in time as we rolled with the beat. From the corner of my eyes, I watch Aziz twirl mom around, lights bouncing off his hair and eyes. Giving him that dazzling and sweltering look, he was so damn hot that I wanted to lock him in a room and keep the keys.
"Can I have this dance?" I turned around to stare into that dark mesmerizing eyes.
I took his outstretched hand and he pulled me closer by the waist, his hand on the small of my back and he pushed me closer to his chest. As if on cue, the music changed to something slow and sensual and he glided us so smoothly, his lip pressed to my temple. I could feel his cock pressing against my stomach through his pants.
"Aziz," it came out as a moan instead of a warning.
"Stop grinding against me Lexi, or I'll be forced to fuck you right in front of everyone present.
I gaze up at him through my thick lashes, a sinister smirk stretching as I thought of ways to punish him tonight. I pulled away from him and step back, he frowned as his eyes followed my movement.
I knew he was watching me, so I flipped my head back and swayed my hip, letting my ass bounce as I walk away from him. I made my way to the hallway, mentally counting the second in my mind. 5,4,3,2...
His hand wrapped around my throat and pushed me against the wall.
"You are testing my patience Lexi," he growled into my ears and I tried to suppress the møan threatening to bubble it way out of me.
His hand crept under my dress, hovering over my folds and just as he was about to push his finger into me. I gripped his hand and pushed him off me.
"I am still sore, Aziz, so stop acting like a man whöre," I didn't give him time to respond, I moved away from the wall and waltz back to the reception. I could hear him grumbling and growling behind me.
