Salute To The General

Chapter 2675

Nathan and Will were both top fighters and adopted the combat style of the army. Their strikes were straightforward, without any fancy moves. They relied entirely on strength and speed to defeat the opponent.

Boom! Boom! Boom...

The two punched and kicked, using their fists and feet, as well as slammed each other with elbows and shoulders.

Each time their fists and feet clashed, there was a thunderous explosion, and the ground shook.

Soon, the conference room was a mess of destruction.

Dust and plaster from the ceiling rained down on the onlookers, and the whole building was shaking.

Boom!

With a loud bang, a concrete beam weighing a thousand kilograms fell from overhead, aiming straight for Nathan.

Blood drained from the faces of Colin and the others as they yelled together, "Sir, look out!"

Will's eyes lit up.

He had just launched a barrage of violent attacks at Nathan, who had defended himself with ease.

In fact, he had already gauged with some certainty that he was no match for Nathan, but he was unwilling to admit defeat.

If their battle continued in this manner, he would lose for certain.

As the beam was shaken loose from the roof and fell toward Nathan, Will could not help being pleasantly surprised by this sudden unexpected change of circumstances.

Since that beam is going to hit Nathan and not me, that must mean Lady Luck is smiling down on me!

Being lucky was also a skill.

Will knew that if he failed this time, then he would definitely die. If he could defeat Nathan, he would have fulfilled a lifelong wish before his death, and he would die without regrets.

He seized this fleeting opportunity, gave a loud roar, and gathered all his strength.

"Rargh-"

The instant his power reached its peak, Colin and the others were dazed for a moment before they caught a glimpse of a dragon appearing out of thin air behind Will.

In the next second, Will darted forward, leaving afterimages in his wake that caused him to appear like a rushing dragon. He propelled himself toward Nathan, his arm raised to punch the latter's chest. Nathan's countenance was calm and unhurried despite being faced with both the falling beam and the relentless Will at the same time.

Lifting his left hand, he caught and stopped the falling beam like the

Greek God, Atlas.

The concrete beam weighed a thousand kilograms, and it had fallen from above. The momentum of the fall, together with its weight, would have resulted in a terrifying force on impact. A normal-sized car would have been crushed.

Yet, Nathan had used only his left hand to hold back the thick concrete beam.

Crack! The hard granite floor under Nathan's feet gave way. Crack lines appeared, creeping outward like a spider's web.

Just as Nathan caught the concrete beam, Will's malicious punch came closer to his chest.

The force of his punch was so strong that the displaced air could be felt before the fist itself hit its target.

The blast of wind that the punch created made Nathan's clothing flap and was strong enough to hurt his face, indicating how dangerous the attack was. Nathan supported the beam with his left hand and raised his right fist to swing it forward.

Boom!

Their fists met with an earth-shattering crash.

Nathan stood firm, immovable as a mountain, not budging at all.

Meanwhile, Will's right arm seemed to have been struck by lightning. The bones of his entire arm instantly shattered into fragments.

At the same time, a terrifying force advanced through his arm, directly into his chest, rupturing his internal organs.

He stumbled backward several

steps, leaving a series of deep

footprints on the ground. When he

stopped, his face was already

deathly pale. Soon after that, he spewed out a mouthful of visceral fragments mixed with blood.

With pupils dilated, he glared incredulously at Nathan.

While holding up a thousandkilogram beam, Nathan was still able to block his punch. Furthermore, a punch from Nathan had shattered his arm and internal organs as well. How terrifying!

It was just too terrifying for words!

Finally, Will was able to comprehend the fact that Nathan's supremacy was no accident.

Nathan was able to rise in the North where war was perennial, destroy the Coalition Army of the eighteen nations leaving mountains of corpses in his wake-and become hailed as Eurasia's God of War by foreign countries.

All that had been achieved by real force and might!

It was not by luck!
