Chapter Aeoptera Micro
Naois placed Faye in the middle of the library with piles upon piles of books and they both took books to read. As the pair read they would bounce ideas off one another, trying to think of one that would actually work.
The woman in white came into the room to deliver breakfast, and if Faye didn’t know better, the woman in white had a soft look on her face and gave her a small smile of sorts, but as quickly as she was there the woman in white left. They took a break from reading as they ate, but actively brainstorming with one another.
“We can send a message through a creature, what do you think Faye?”
“What creature do you have in mind? I hope you don’t plan on sending a snake of some sort.” She inquired while chuckling.
“We can use Aeoptera Micro. She could blend in as a flying chipmunk or something, but deliver the message. She’s the one that kind of tells me what happens in the outside world. She’s small and intelligent enough to deliver the message without being detected by other humans!” Naois stated excitedly
“What’s an Aeoptera Micro? This sounds fantastic, but who or what is she?” Naois just smiled at her.
“You’re gonna love her, she’s tiny. I’ll take you to go meet her after we bathe and dress properly.” Naois said glancing at Faye’s exposed legs.
The look went unnoticed by Faye as she looked down at the floor and stand up, her legs wobbling slightly, but she quickly stabled herself. “Yea ok, where should I meet you, after my bath?”
“Faye, you shouldn’t be walking.” Ignoring Faye’s question, coming closer to her, but she waved him off.
“I can’t baby myself forever, but I will take it easy for a little bit, ok?” She compromised with him, he nodded his head.
“Ok darling, meet me in the tower!” Faye’s face burned at the nickname as they walked (more like limped)/slithered out the library, but the nickname made her think, we’re they dating? We’re they partnered for life? She wasn’t sure of the answers, and probably she shouldn’t worry about it. Why overthink something, when you can live in the moment?
She was so lost in thought she didn’t even realize they were in front of the double doors of the bathing area, until she felt hands on her hips and a forehead on her own. “Don’t worry Faye, I will do everything in my power to make sure that everything works out. I love you so much.” Naois softly spoke.
Faye felt her eyes slightly water, “I believe you Naois. I love you too.” She said as she leaned forward to capture his lips in a passionate kiss, before pulling away and walked through the double doors.
Faye could feel the soreness in between her legs as she swam around, but smiled when she remembered why she was sore and it filled her with joy. She swam around feeling the water glide all over her as she relaxed her body in the water.
The woman in white came for her and gave her a new dress to wear. It was a dark turquoise color at the top and the further down the dress went, the lighter it became and the long sheer sleeves followed the same pattern, it was outlined in gold. She leads Faye to her room then bowed as she walked away. Faye walked up the stairs and saw Naois petting something brown and furry. Faye came closer and saw a creature with giant ears and an elaborate golden nasal design, it had wings on it’s back and its legs were also wings, and had a long tail with a needle-shaped tail.
“Faye I didn’t hear you walk in. Meet Jun the Aeoptera Micro I mentioned earlier. Jun, this is my darling Faye.” Faye blushed brightly at ‘my darling’. Jun had a dark red mahogany fur coat and had wide dark chestnut brown eyes.
"Hi, Faye!" Jun said up at Faye, scarring her. 'This thing can talk?!' She had to take a step back because it was so unexpected.
"Sorry I didn't mean to frighten you, but yes I can talk. Naois already explained the problem to me and I'm willing to help you in any way that I can!" Jun claimed excitedly jumping out of Naois' hands and hopping onto Faye's shoulder, nuzzling her little head into Faye's cheek and Faye couldn't help but smile at Jun's words and actions.
"It's ok and thank you, you're too kind. Alrighty then, let's get to work to figure out how to get a message to my grandparents." Faye walked over to her bed and sat down as the trio began to discuss possible ideas of how to deliver the message from Faye to her grandparents.

It was getting closer and closer to nighttime and the trio still hadn't figured out a way on how Faye's message would be delivered. Not surprising, because Faye didn't even know what she wanted to say to her grandparents!
Faye was getting frustrated, Naois was worried, and Jun was fast asleep and had been for a while now, 'We aren't going to get anywhere like this, it'll better if we tried in the morning.'
"Naois, it's better if we continue in the morning when the three of us are all awake, less frustrated, and can actually talk about our plan of action."
"But-" Naois began only to be cut off by Jun waking up and cutting him off.
"That's a great idea, I'm down, good night Faye and Naois!" Jun shouted flying out the tower window.
"Let's follow Jun's example and go to sleep, it'll help us focus and actually come up with good and solid ideas. I know you're tired, you just don't wanna show it. "
"I want to use every minute to find a solution, so you can stay and talk to your grandparents whenever you like and whenever they like. Soon enough our three weeks will pass and you-"
"Hey, hey, you can't think like that, that would only bring bad karma and we don't need any negative energy right now, we have to think positively. We can start thinking positively by sleeping, I'll even you read you a story. We haven't done that in a while." Faye said trying to lure him into the idea of sleeping.
"Fine, I guess we can sleep and try again in the morning." Naois reluctantly agreed, Faye did a mental cheer as he agreed, pulling him into her bed with her. "We're gonna find a solution soon, I know it," Faye said from the crook of his neck as Naois rubbed her back in a circular motion, making her fall asleep.
"I hope so," Naois said as he placed a kiss on her forehead as they both slowly fell asleep.
