Regal Guard of Dragon

Chapter 864 Yuer Was Taken Away

When Finn and Florrie got back to the hotel, someone came up to him. "Sir, the lady you are with has checked out. When are you going to check out?"

"You mean the skinny little girl?" asked Finn. "Why did she check out?" The man replied, "We don’t know, but she checked out in person. You could ask her."

Finn's face darkened. It must be Cloud who did it. He promised Yuer he would take her to find Sienna, but now she had lost.

Florrie looked at Finn, who was angry and asked, "Mr. Feng, is there something wrong?"

Finn said coolly, "It's none of your business.”

Florrie shrugged. She knew Finn might be in a low mood because of the girl, but she didn't know what was their relationship, so she didn't ask more.

She waited beside him, and then Finn asked, "Can you find out Cloud?" Florrie was shocked. She couldn't wait to dodge him. How could she take the initiative to find him? Finn looked serious, so she replied seriously, "Cloud," she said, "goes and leaves like wind, but he has a fixed place. But Wild Wolf is his backer, and it's hard to find him out.” Finn said impatiently, "I just want to know how to find him."

Florrie was uncomfortable by his murderous eyes. Hesitating for a while, she said, "If you really want to find Cloud, the best way is to ask the Qian family for help.”

Finn stared at Florrie and said softly, "OK, then take me to the Qian family.”

Florrie didn't want to. She hated the Qian family as Magnus had taken away her best friend. But she was afraid of Finn, so she had to agree. Although the fame of the Qian family was not popular in the past two years, it was still a big family existing for thousands of years. The wealth accumulated from generations was enough for the Qian family to outclass others.

It was September now, and the falling leaves flew on the pond.

Finn sat in a pavilion, with a servant standing by him and served him with fruits and tea.

But the host hadn't arrived yet. Finn was patiently waiting

A comely woman supporting a child of eight or nine years old was having fun opposite him and there they were laughing happily. The child's face was fair, and was dressed exquisitely, who might be the host's child.

Just as Finn was looking at them, someone came to him.

The man was only in his twenties, about the same age as Finn. He looked tall and thin, and was handsome.

Before he saw Finn, he had already been smiling.

When he met Finn, he said, "I'm Cassius Qian. May I know your name?" Finn said, "Finn Chen."

Finn didn't think the man would know him, but Cassius looked surprised and said, "Mr. Fin has defeated Northeast King, and Mount Tian Sect was looking for you?"

Finn smiled wryly. Well, with things spreading around, it was hard for him to stay low key.

But the man didn't mean to go against him, so Finn smiled and said, "It is me. The misunderstanding is too deep to explain to the two masters.” Cassius didn't want to get into this matter. He just laughed and said, “It's certainly an honor for the Qian family to serve you, but I don't know what you are looking us for."

As they sat face to face, Finn could feel that Cassius had a strong breath. He should be a master, but Finn didn't know which stage was he in.

Hearing what Cassius asked, Finn directly said, "Actually, I came here today to ask for your help.”

Cassius looked at Finn curiously and said, "From our knowledge of you, it seems that nothing can puzzle you. It might be something tricky, right? If you want us to help you against Mount Tian Sect, we're sorry that we can't help you."

Finn didn't think that the Qian family knew anything about him. Although Cassius refused to help him with going against Mount Tian Sect, it didn't mean he would refuse to help him in other matters.

"It's not the Mount Tian Sect,” Finn said. "It's a problem for me, but it's not unsolvable.”

Cassius just smiled and didn't comment on what Finn said, but Finn didn't think he would believe it. Never mind. He didn't come for that thing.

"I came here today because I want to buy a message from the Qian family. I hope the Qian family can help me with this. You can offer the price,” said Finn.

Cassius was curious, "What information do you want? Why don't you go directly to the Warrior League? Their information is relatively accurate.”

Finn replied, "That's because I'm sure the Warrior League won't know anything about it, so I'm looking for the strongest clan in the desert.” Cassius was happy to hear that, but he didn't agree Finn at once. Cassius continued, "Even the Warrior League can't get the news. I'm not sure whether we can know about it. But you might tell me more.”

Finn said, "I want to find someone.”

"Who?"

"Drift Recluse, Cloud Barrett."

Cassius just looked at Finn, but did not respond immediately. After a few minutes, he said, "This person is at Wild Wolf's disposal. If Wild Wolf knows that the Qian family is looking for his man, he might think that the Qian family is going against him. It's not that we're not willing to help you, but that we can't.”

It was out of Finn's surprise. "Is the Qian family afraid of Wild Wolf that much?"

Cassius laughed and said, "You don't need to provoke us. The Qian family and Wild Wolf are the two forces in the desert. We never pry into other's things.”

Finn said, "Can't it be just a message? If he does know about, you can tell him it's me who asked you about this.”

Cassius, "Sir, I have told you I can't do this."

Finn was a little disappointed. He could have bought the news, and he believed everyone would love money.

But he didn’t expect the Qian family to refuse him.

At this time, Cassius said, "Although I don't know what the grudge is between you and Cloud, I still advise you that the most taboo thing is to offend the Wild Wolf. The prey they are targeting has never succeeded in escaping.”

Finn could tell that Cassius was serious.
