Chapter 827 Ms. Aleena
Nobody answered him. But the tension between the two was obvious. Suddenly, Ms. Aleena looked at the girl.
"Come over here!” Ms. Aleena shouted at the girl.
The girl was so frightened that she walked backwards, but then she looked up at Finn. It seemed that she was going to walk to Ms. Aleena. Finn immediately comforted her, "It's OK. Don't be afraid. I will protect you. Just stand by my side."
But the girl shook her head.
She let go of Finn's hand and walked one step backwards.
"I know you're scared of her. But it's fine. You don't need to.” Finn continued.
However, the girl had already taken several steps backwards. It seemed that there was more than fear inside her.
Finn didn't stop her, since there was nothing he could do even if he stopped her.
When the girl returned to her side, Ms. Aleena said, "I can forgive you for what happened today, but I don't want it to happen again.”
Then, she was leaving with the girl.
Chenille chased after them and asked, "Ms. Aleena, how is Sienna now?"
Ms. Aleena looked at Chenille. Her face softened but still looked indifferent.
"She almost recovers, but I have forbidden her to leave. She won't come back here even if you're waiting. Mind your own business. Say hi to your mentor for me."
Finishing her words, she didn't wait for Chenille's response and just went back with the girl.
The girl looked back at Finn and seemed like she was trying to say something. But she didn't say anything after walking a few steps.
Both Finn and Chenille were in disappointment.
"She won't come back. Are you still going to wait here?" Finn asked when there were only two of them.
"I don't know. Maybe it's time to go. I promised my mentor I would return to him before he passes away."
Listening to his words, Finn was immersed into loneliness suddenly.
It was soon that Chenille left. He was leaving three days after Ms. Aleena came.
He brought nothing but his sword when he left.
Now only Finn was here. He was thinking whether he should go, but he was not sure if there was anyone waiting for him.
He lived alone for a week. And the two-meter-tall man with a beard came here again
This time, Finn didn't give him a cold shoulder. Instead, he gave him a bow! of water and asked him about the situation outside the mountains.
"Do you know the master of Mount Tian Sect?” Finn asked.
The man put down the bowl and said, "Yeah, I know. There was something big happening in Mount Tian Sect. The two young masters were murdered.”
"Have they found the killer yet? Or do they still believe it's the one that the rumor says?"
Finn considered that now that he told Finley that he wasn't the killer last time when they met, Finley might think about it.
"I'm not clear about it. But before I headed in the mountains, I have heard that Mount Tian Sect killed the son of Northeast King. I'm not sure why they started to fight against each other, but it's well-known.
I heard people said Mount Tian Sect made the move because that Northeast King ruined its plan to make a fortune.
Also, some said the son of Northeast King was a participant in murdering the two young masters of Mount Tian Sect, which led to its revenge. It's still unclear about the real reason.”
Finn was pleasant because he thought Mount Tian Sect made the move because it found the truth. However, he was confused why the son of Northeast King framed him and not sure whether he would be chased after by the master after leaving here.
He knew how scary a master was, so he didn't dare to leave.
But he still became happy to the extent that he found the man with a beard beautiful.
Different from Finn, the man was unhappy about not finding the master that he tried to find.
The words of Ms. Aleena came to Finn's mind, so he was going to tell the man that Sienna wouldn't come back here and that Chenille didn't need to come here anymore.
But before Finn spitted a word, there was a figure like Sienna walking from the forest towards them.
He stood up and tried to see it more clearly.
The man beside him also looked at that way and asked in confusion, "Is it the martial artist?"
As Sienna came closer, Finn was able to be sure it was her.
He never thought she would come back, but Chenille had already left. "Who is this guy?"
Sienna looked at the man and seemed not surprised about Finn being here.
Finn was stunned. He guessed that the man looked for her because he wanted to learn martial arts, but he had never really asked the man. "Why are you looking for her?" Finn asked the man.
The man was thrilled and rummaged around in his bag for something. Then, he fetched out a doll.
"Do you remember this doll?" he looked at Sienna expectantly.
But the answer disappointed him. Sienna shook her head and said, "I don't remember. Is it related to me?"
"Three years ago, you said something with a girl in the Northwest desert. Don't you remember?”
Sienna still shook her head.
"l indeed went to the Northwest desert three years ago. As for the girl you mentioned..."
The man was disappointed. He put down the doll and sighed, "Never mind, if you have forgotten. It's nothing important.”
Sienna asked in curiosity, "You can tell me what happened, which may remind me of it. I just don't have the impression about it."
The man seemed hopeless, but he still told her about it.
However, the story he said was so simple that no one would miss. It was no wonder that Sienna couldn't remember it.
The story was that a child stayed with Sienna for a day in coincidence, and Sienna might promise the girl casually if the girl came to her, she would fulfill a wish for the girl.
But they were in a long distance. Sienna never thought that the girl would come to her. But the man really came.
So, Sienna asked after the man finished his words, "So, what do you want me to do for you?"
The man was reluctant to say it when hearing the question. Probably it was something difficult.
"You came here from such a long way for that wish. You don’t need to feel pressured. I will honor it since I made the promise.”
