Chapter 6: "The school bad boy"

I found my first class five minutes before the bell ring. I took a seat in the middle of the classroom. More students trickel in one after another. I notice Sasha coming in but didn’t pay her any mind. No one took the seat next to me yet making me a little bit happy that I’ll be alone in this class.

“Can I sit next to you?” I recognize Bambi’s voice.

“Thought to soon, sure.” I look up at her with a smile.

A smile come to her face as she took the seat next to me. The bell rang soon after that as the teacher walk in. She was about a hundred years old if you ask me. With grey hair that she wore in a bun. Her eyes scan the room until her gaze fall on me.

“Yes, Ms. Deon welcome to Blood Science.” She said going through papers on her desk.

Everyone turned to look at me. Which didn’t faze me as I look towards her in a smile?

“Thanks Mrs…?” I ask.

“Williams! I’m just now getting started with are the first lesson so you won’t be falling behind in this class.” She told me.

“Ok.”

She turn swiftly to the board and start writing things down. The students slowly turn away from me to copy everthing she was writing. I start writing everything also. I look over to Bambi who seems to be doodling instead of writing.

“So, what’s with all the staring?” I ask her.

She looks over at me in surprise “You know that were staring?” She asks me.

“Well yeah.”

“You act like you don’t. We really don’t get much of new students around here, actually we don’t get new students at all. We’ve all been here since we was little actually.” she told me.

“Oh, so all of yall parents told you guys your hampires when you were old enough to understand.”

“Yeah, yours didn’t?”

“No. I just found out yesterday.” I told her writing down the last sentence.

“Well start with this stuff tomorrow. I hope you guys wrote all of this stuff down.” Mrs. Williams said before class was dismissed.

“How come you didn’t write anything down?” I ask Bambi gathering up my things.

“I don’t need to I’ll just remember it.” She said with a shrug as we walk out the room.

“You have photo graphic memory?”

“Basically. What’s your next class?”

“Vamp. History. I pass that room on the way here.” I told her.

“Well, I’ll check you out later then.” She said moving in the opposite direction.

I threw her a peace sign before turning and made my way to class.

The History class was very creppy. Today the talk was about how vampire was first created. Which had me more creep out how Mr. Bowen description.

“….The tiny embryo in Jessica body was one of the deadliest species of his time. Jessica didn’t know she was going to die giving birth to a vampire.” The bell ring interrupting his lesson.

I was in a class full of Freshman, but all of us was disappointed at the disruption. We all gathered are stuff as Mr. Bowen promise that will continue this tomorrow. I made my way out the class to my room. I grab my gym bag before walking back out the room. I still had to find the gym and I only had thirteen minutes to find it. I made my way down the grand stair case. I was halfway down until I bump into someone.

“Why do I always seem to be bumping into you?” I question when my gaze lands on him.

“Probably because you don’t ever look where you going.” He told me.

“I guess so, well I better get going,” I told him pushing past him.

I made my way down the rest of the staris. I took a glance up at him finding him looking after me. I sent him a smirk before turning making my way down the hall.

“Hey, I see you meet Daniel, the schools bay boy,” Bambi said coming up beside me.

“The school bad boy? I never thought this place will have a school, bad boy?” I ask her.

“Yeah, what class are you going next?”

“Training. Can you directed me to the gym?” I ask her.

“I’m actually going there now since I got private training.”

“Good. Lead the way!”

We just ran the whole hour in training. Bambi and I really got to know each other at lunch. Talk about are family life and are hobbies. The technology training was surprising easy. I was always good at technology, especially when one of my friends at home taught me more things that go into it. Like hacking and tracking on computers. I kept my gym bag with me so I just went straight to the gym. I walk into the gym to find Mr. Hall was waiting for me.

“Hello,” I said coming into the room.

“Your Anglia Deon?” He asks me.

“The one and only,” I told him setting my bag on the floor.

Mr. Hall was fine, but old enough to be my uncle. His black hair was cut short almost hanging over his face. He had dark blue eyes and a strong jaw line. I walk to stand in front of him trying not to gawk at him. Actually after staring at him for a while he remind me of someone, but I couldn’t put my finger on it.

“We won’t be starting anything today, but I’ve read that you did sports at your old school.” He said as he walks over to take a seat in the bleachers.

“Yeah. Basketball, Volleyball, Track, Tennis, Cross Country even. I didn’t like softball.”

A small smile came to his face “That’s good. It means it’ll take less time to get you in shape.”

“Oh, I’m In shape. You should have seen me in Training today.” I told him.

I was actually behind almost in the back today. But the teacher actually thought I was going to get lap a couple of times. It surprise even me that I kept up with the group, but I shouldn’t have. I was an athlete and one of the best at my old school. Plus, I naturally don’t let anyone over lap me…At all.

“Oh, I saw you alright. Tomorrow well start running so bring running shoes. You can leave early today, I have a meeting to get to. I’ll see you tomorrow, It’s nice to meet you Anglia.” He told me.

“You too. See you tomorrow!” I called before he could leave the room.

At least I survive my first day.
