Reborn Academy

When we got back to the Academy, nobody asked about are disappearance. Daniel and I separated after getting back on campus. I was almost to the girls dorm building when a voice called my name behind me. I turn to fine Gavin walking up to me.

“Gavin! I haven’t seen you around since my first day.” I told him with a smile.

“Yes, I have been busy. What’s with the bags?” He ask eyeing them.

“Uh…Had to wash some clothes.”

“Ah…So tell me are you liking it here?” He question.

I sigh mentaly in releaf as we start a slow walk towards the dorm. I though he would be supious about my hesitation. I shift my bag on my shoulders looking over to him with a smile. I can’t really tell him how I think that Reborn Academy is one big fluck. So I lied.

“I’m having fun here, After getting use to the hampire and fighting stuff.” I told him.

“Good. I heard you got jump or something.” He said in a confused voice.

I laugh “Jump, but that’s old news. I’m fine.” I told him with a smile.

“I can see that.” He said with a small smile ” I’ll let you get back to it Anglia, until we meet again.”

“Indeed.” I told him holding in my laugh until he was far within hearing distance.

When I got to my dorm setting my stuff on my bed planning on unpacking later. I pull out my dad’s book taking a seat at my desk chair. I have the rest in the day to solve this puzzle he left me. I took my time setting out the pieces of paper on the desk. When I was finished doing that I set the box to the side studying the words.

I sat there confused staring at the words. This will take me forever to decipher. A knock came at my door soon after. I let out a sigh pushing the chair back from the desk. I open the door to find Sasha and Bambi behind it. I look at both more confused by this then the scramble words on the desk. How the hell did Bambi get herself under Sasha’s spell again? You would think she’ll watch out after finding out about what she did.

“What the heck is going on here?” I ask them.

“We need to talk,” Sasha spoke up barging into my room.

My eyes followed her into my room as she took a seat at my desk. I turn to giving Bambi a look, but she just pushed me into the room shutting the door behind her.

“What’s these words for?” Sasha asked looking down at the jumble words on my desk.

“A puzzle that I’m working own. So,What do want to talk about?” I ask her.

She stared at the words some more before turning to facing me. Bambi took a seat on my bed as, I lean on the wall. Sasha gave me a ignore look leaning back in the desk seat.

“It’s about the stuff that’s been going on around here. Why I attack you that day?” She told me.

“What are you talking about?”

“I’m talking about why the Headmistress Haven is after you. She must have compulsion powers like me. Bambi here got me out of her spell while you and my boyfriend go to the campus together.”

I ignore the last part of what she told me “What does Headmistress Haven want with me?”

“I don’t know she didn’t tell me any of her plans. My job was to…Actually now that I think about it. I don’t know what she ordered me to do. I only know I had to impulse Bambi to use her wind magic to help when we attack you. I don’t know why we had to beat you up because you end up walking out just fine while the rest of us was messed up. What gives with that anyway?”

“Don’t know yet, but we need to figure this out first,” I told her moving over towards my closet.

“What are we doing?” Bambi asked.

“We need to break into Headmistress office and get our files.”

“What will file help us with?” Sasha asked sarcastically.

“You weren’t much help, so let’s give the files a try.”

She rolled her eyes at me when I walk out. I give her a small smile in satisfaction.

“We need a plan cause. She never leaves her office unless it’s an emergency.” Bambi said.

“I want to be the distraction!” Sasha’s yell with too much heart.

Bambi and I both look at each other then back at her.

“Uh…Sorry, but Bambi is going to do the distraction. I need you with me in case. We get caught and need to use your compulsion.” I told her.

“Who said you were the boss?” Sasha asks.

“I did!”

“It’s all you two going to do is argue?” Bambi said with a sigh.

“Let’s just get this over with,” I said.

When Haven starts running out of her office, we knew Bambi’s distraction was working. I don’t know what she’s was doing for a distraction, but it’s working. I motion for Sasha to come own running toward Havens office door. She runs in front of me pulling a bobby pin from her hair. She starts to unlock the door as I stood on the look out. In a matter of two minutes, she had the door open.

“You’re good,” I told her as we walk across the room.

“Tell me something I don’t know.”

“We only got ten minutes. So let’s get to searching. I’ll start with the computer.” I told her.

She rushed over to the filing cabinets flipping through the files quickly. Luckily in her hast to control whatever Bambi is doing as a distraction she left her computer on. I stick my flash drive in the computer downloading all the files. I look again to see Sasha pulling out the last file. She closed the drawer coming again to stand by me.

“How much do you got left?” She asked.

“Two more minutes.”

“We only got three we need to get out of here.”

“Go. I’ll meet you guys in my room.” I told her.

“Fine.” She moved toward the door looking out into the hall.

“She coming.” Sasha hissed shutting the door backward running back over to me.

“Shit,” I said pulling the flash drive from the computer.

“Go into the bathroom and wait there,” I told her getting back to the screen that Havens left it on.

Sasha ran to the bathroom shutting the door behind her. I run from around her table jumping on the couch right before Haven walks in the room. When her eyes laid on me a glare flares through them. I look up to her with a smile taking my feet off her coffee table. She walks into her office shutting the door behind her.

“How did you get in her?” She asked me walking over to her desk.

“Your door was open and you weren’t here, So I just decided to wait until you get back,” I told her getting up from the couch.

“Are you sure the door wasn’t locked?” She asked taking a seat in her desk chair.

“Yes, you know that this school is awesome. When are we going to be able to go out on the field? Like since I have been here we’ve been only training with each other and are mentors.” I ask her taking the seat in front of her desk.

“Soon, Is that all you got to say.”

I look down at the seat I’m sitting on.

“Well, I thought I could sit a spell, but it sounds like your busy. I’ll leave you to it, but can I use your bathroom real quick?”

She waved her hand towards the restroom. I smile thanking her before walking over to the bathroom. I open the door finding the bathroom empty. Where the hell did she go? I close the door behind me looking into the bathroom. I notice a vent right above the toilet seat.

“Skilfully Well,” I said with a small smile.
