The following is a priority message from President Mooney:

My fellow Americans, people in Veneta, Oregon are suspected of colluding with the enemy. They are being held and will be judged and processed shortly.

From this point forward, Veneta is a containment center where we will hold enemies of the State. With your help, we will root out this cancer that is gnawing at our bones. We will not be deterred from rebuilding the United States of America to its former glory. I’m sure you are all with me on this.

We will review incarceration procedures and penalties when Mr. Robert Morgan is found and brought to justice.
