Chapter Divorce 203
Chapter 203
Helen shouted, "Xavier, you have to believe me! It really was Yvette!"
"Though I'm not sure why Helen insists that I harmed Yasmine, I truly haven't been to that villa area. I had something very important to do at my parents' house today," Yvette said, her expression a bit strained. Helen continued relentlessly. "You borrowed my car and now you're saying you didn't."
Yvette opened her handbag, taking out a sheet of paper. "Xavier, I haven't been to the villa area, but this is a gift I wanted to give you." She handed the paper to Xavier. This gift was enough to prove her capability. And in the next moment, Xavier shrieked, "Yvette, you're pregnant!" Hearing this, Selena hurriedly pushed Helen aside, "Xavier! Are you serious?"
Xavier beamed with joy, "Mom, it's true. Selena walked over cautiously to look at Yvette. "Yvette, I can't believe I'll finally have a grandchild soon."

down."
Xavier held Yvette protectively. "Yvette, why didn't you tell me sooner?"
"I just found out today. I came back right away to find you," she said with a wry smile. "I couldn't wait to share this surprise with you, but then Helen had to go and say all those weird things."
Just as Helen was about to say something, Selena interrupted her. "Helen, Yvette is pregnant, and she needs to avoid stress. You have to be considerate towards her."
"Mom! I didn't frame her. She borrowed my car yesterday." Helen wasn't about to show any leniency towards Yvette.
"Then how do you explain the garage security footage?" Xavier nodded slightly.
Helen was completely frustrated. She knew she couldn't explain it away-she felt utterly helpless. But she wasn't going to back down. "Xavier, Mom, if I didn't do it, I won't admit to it."

Inside Soucrity Hospital, Yasmine lay on
"Yasmine, I love you," someone said.
the bed with her eyes closed, endlessly falling in her dreams.
Yasmine's body trembled slightly as she turned to see the young, spirited face looking at her. It was Yonas standing before her-she knew it all too well. It was Yonas, yet not quite him, a younger version of him. Why did it feel like time had rolled back to a few years ago? But a few years ago, she hadn't even met Yonas.
With a scream, Yasmine jolted awake, drenched in sweat. She forced herself to turn on the light, its dim glow revealing the shabbiness of the room. She pinched her arm, the sharp pain confirming that this was no dream. In the reflection of the window, everything was pale and powerless under the dim light. Her eyes were like imported pearls, shining with a holy light.
She looked at the marks on her arm from where she had pinched herself; the smooth skin bore a trace of redness and swelling. Against the backdrop of her smooth skin, all the marks appeared particularly alarming.
muttered to herself, aware that all of this was a dream. She wasn't asking herself but didn't "Is it all just a dream?" Yasmin know who to ask. She could only stare at her blurred reflection in the mirror, her eyes both real and bewildered, filled with untold stories. She reached out to touch her face, but the chill down to the bone made her instinctively pull away. 1/3 09:18 Thu, Sep 26 G Chapter 203

In the hospital room, Yasmine slowly awoke, as if emerging from a long, strange dream. In this dream, both she and Yonas seemed to return to a time years ago. She couldn't figure out why she had such a dream, but it made her question her own memories once again.

The last time she came across that weird photo, she already suspected she had forgotten something. If this dream were real, the possibility seemed even greater. Slowly opening her eyes, she saw nothing but white around her, the unpleasant smell of disinfectant lingering under her nose. Instinctively, she looked to her side and found Yonas sitting there. She frowned slightly and tried to sit up, but he gently pressed her back down. "Where's Lucy?" Yasmine asked.
"She stayed with you for a full day and night but got too tired and went back to rest." Yonas paused before adding, "She feels really guilty."
Yasmine understood
"The Lutz family will why Lucy felt guilty; after all, she had brought the past with her. "What about the Lutz family?" she asked again.
will regret it," Yonas said, his face cold.
The room fell silent again as Yasmine looked at the blue shadows under Y***'s eyes and spoke with a chilly tone, "Mr. Russell, you should go rest."
Just as Yonas was about to speak, another person entered the room. Morgan walked in carrying a thermos, set it on the bedside table, and glared coldly at Yonas, his tone unfriendly, "Please leave, you're not welcome here."
Yo****'s eyes dimmed, he didn't care about what Morgan said; his only concern was for Yasmine. Her eyes, which should have been full of starlight, now held nothing but weary exhaustion, and when they met his, there was a sense of distance.
Morgan propped up the table on the bedside, ladling soup from the thermos container, "This is your favorite soup, made by Aunt Geneva herself. You have to eat the whole container." Aunt Geneva's soup was always delicious, and inside the thermos was beef and vegetable soup.
"Thanks, big cousin," she said, knowing that it was definitely Morgan who had Aunt Geneva make it.
Morgan sat on the sofa, keeping busy as he started browsing emails. "I've got it. It was Helen who went to the Lutz family and plotted together," Morgan said in a deep voice.
Yasmine said in disbelief, "From Uncle Donovan's car a accident t onwards?"
Morgan's tone was icy, "Yes, it started back then. The arson incident at Lynch Industries later was also orchestrated by Helen and the Lutz family."
A cold smile flashed across Yasmine's face, and she scoffed, "Oh, she really went above and beyond, coming up with such an elaborate plan just to get back at me." "Helen has been captured," Morgan said. "Let's see who can save her now."
Yasmine took a
a sip of the soup, then sank back into her thoughts. An echo from the Lutz family villa replayed in her mind, "Why didn't you go in... Did you record it..." The voice was so familiar, as if she had heard it somewhere, but no matter how hard she tried, she just couldn't pinpoint whose voice it was. However, she was certain it wasn't Helen's. "I remember now," Yasmine said suddenly. How could she forget that voice? It was Yvette! It was her voice, deliberately softened! "Morgan, the real culprit is Yvette," she said seriously.
"Why do you say that?" Morgan asked, slightly puzzled.
"After Mr. Grady left the house, I heard him talking with a woman at the door. I recognized the voice instantly, it was Yvette's," Yasmine stated earnestly.
