“Because…” it was clear that he didn’t know what to say “Because it has something to do with you, and you might hate us if you find out” Cade helped him complete the statement and he nodded sharpally in agreement. “I already hate you two, and it didn’t start today” I retorted “Truc…but we weare trying to get you to like us, so if we let you know what we’re doing. then you might hate us more and make all our efforts futile” Leo only nodded, while Cade did the talking

“Look, I don’t have time for this shenanigans, okay? I only came to ask a question and I would ask and leave you two to your business. Is there an occasion that I do not know about? When I came out of the bedroom, I saw a lot of maids and they seemed to have expected or assumed that I knew what was happening” I said and he nodded. “Well, it is an annual celebration, when we give accolades to our warriors and also give a tribute to the late ones, who fell while protecting us. But the main event is the celebration of the moon goddess’s birthday. The whole pack gathers in the event hall of this building to celebrate. It is the only time of the year when there is no discrimination, no hierarchy, just werewolves” he explained and I nodded, but I spent most of my life here and I never heard of it no one talked about it ‘They talked about it, you were just all by yourself, that’s why you never heard anything about it‘ My subconscious mind informed and I nodded. she was right after all. It now made sense why the maids were staring weirdly at me. it was common knowledge and as a Luna, and woman of the house, I should have been out there already, making sure all was perfect. They were sort of disappointed, I could see it in their eyes, but I never asked for this, I never wanted to be their Luna so no one should give me such responsibilities. I have other things in mind.
