Chapter 118 Hello, Who
When Sarah woke up, she found herself lying in Jacob's bedroom.
Unconsciously, she uncovered the quilt and took a look. She wore the clothes intact. Jacob found that the woman beside him woke up and said, "Have you woken up?"
Sarah turned over and arched her head in Jacob's arms. "I'm tired."
"Then get some sleep."
Jacob held Sarah's slender waist and stroked her back, just like coaxing a child, to help her sleep. Suddenly, his mobile phone on the bedside table vibrated continuously.
Jacob took a look at the phone, put it through, and whispered, "Say."
"President, are you at home?"
"What's wrong?"
Jacob frowned. Why was Brian shilly-shally today?
"When do you come to the company? I mean, I'm at your home now, downstairs."
Brian said word by word. If Jacob were more careful, he would find something wrong with him.
However, Jacob did not find anything unusual about him. He said calmly, "If you have nothing to say, I'll hang up."
Hearing Brian faltering out a few words, Jacob lost patience and hung up.
"What's wrong with Mr. Brian?" Sarah woke up from the phone.
"It's disturbing you."
"It's all right. It's late. I have to get up."
Jacob kissed Sarah's forehead and said, "I'll make breakfast for you."
Sarah yawned and went downstairs to wash and rinse in her bedroom.
At the same time, outside the door.
"Is Jacob still sleeping?"
A cold female voice sounded behind Brian, which pulled him into the ice cellar.
Brian was stunned, with his back stiffened, "He should get up..."
He said this without confidence. He could not imagine what Mrs. Jones would do when she saw that there was a woman in Jacob's house.
Early in the morning, Brian was woken up by Mrs. Jones's phone call, which caused him to forget to report it to Jacob in advance. As a result, the car drove downstairs to Jacob's apartment, and then he reacted later. Mrs. Jones stepped forward in displeasure and stared at his face sideways.
"Open the door. You must know the password."
"Madam, the president seems to have changed the password," Brian spoke low.
Mrs. Jones frowned and rang the doorbell. The originally clear bell sounded extremely urgent now.
Inside, when Sarah was changing her clothes, she heard the bell ringing. Thinking that Jacob should be taking a shower, she went out.
"Here we are." She thought it was the fruit that Jacob had ordered in advance, so she opened the door without much thought.
The next second, they became embarrassed.
"It turns out that those gossips outside were true."
Mrs. Jones looked at her with a big bag in her hand, as if she were looking at a small subordinate.
She hasn't been looked down upon with such expressions.
Looking at Mrs. Jones's indifferent expression, she felt a sharp pain in her heart.
"I thought Miss Sarah was a sensible person. Now it seems that I was wrong."
Mrs. Jones bypassed Sarah and walked into the apartment.

At the door, Brian looked at Sarah with a look of shame.
Sarah calmed down and said, "Do you want to come in?"
"I....." Brian hesitated.
"Mom, why are you here?"
Inside, the cold sound of Jacob came from the second floor.
After seeing Brian get in the elevator, Sarah slowly closed the door and turned into the room.
At this time, Jacob had already walked down from the upstairs, still wearing a bathrobe, and his hair was dripping. Mrs. Jones's eyes fell on Jacob, and her eyes narrowed slightly. "Jacob, when did you lose self-control?"
"I thought mother would understand me." Jacob took Mrs. Jones's shoulder and took her to the sofa to sit down. Mrs. Jones frowned and stared at Jacob's movements. "How can I understand you if you don't tell me anything?"
The man didn't say anything. He turned to the porch and took Sarah's hand and pinched her palm to let her relax.
Sarah was obediently taken to the sofa by Jacob. They were sitting on the same sofa. Mrs. Jones was sitting in the middle, looking at their holding hands.
"Are you going to make it public?" Mrs. Jones asked Jacob.
"Yes." Jacob responded without hesitation, "I hope mother will respect my decision."
Mrs. Jones was stunned for a moment. She was the lady of a famous family and should keep dignified and Natalie.
"Mom still wants to remind you that no one can marry into our family at will. Besides, you should respect your grandpa's decision."
"Grandpa's decision is just a dream." Jacob's expression was a little cold.
Sarah could feel the sweat on her hands. She didn't want to see such a scene of mother-son rivalry.
"You..." Mrs. Jones looked at him deeply and sighed as if helpless. "In this case, I hope you won't regret it in the future."

"I hope Miss Sarah can be as brave as ever."
At this glance, Sarah felt a sense of contempt.
What did she mean by saying this?
Not long after, the door behind me was closed heavily, as if with some deliberate effort.
Sarah regained her consciousness and shook Jacob's shoulder forcefully.
"What should I do? Does your mother dislike me?"
"She doesn't like anyone." Jacob patted Sarah's hair, "At least she didn't drive you away. It's the best news at present."
Under his guidance, Sarah relaxed a little.
But what kind of person is Old Mr. Jones?
"Sarah, help me get wonton in the refrigerator. We'll have wonton in the morning."
Jacob's voice came from the kitchen and interrupted Sarah's thinking.
She got up and said, "OK."
After Sarah took out the wonton from the refrigerator, Jacob's mobile phone rang in the living room.
"Your phone." Sarah, standing outside the kitchen, shouted to the inside.
Jacob took a look at the boiling water and said directly, "You answer for me. Just say I'm busy."
"Shall I answer your phone?" Sarah picked her eyebrows, "Do you trust me so much?"
"Because it's you, I enjoy everything I do."
Hearing Jacob's love words, Sarah smiled and obediently went to the living room to pick up the phone.
"You Jacob, the 'demon" of group Gleaming should send people to do such unseemly things. Just for a woman?"
