Chapter 198 The Sudden Appearance of Aadam
Adelaide's ears ached from the noise of the bar.
The wine began to work at this moment and she felt like throwing up.
She patted her chest with her hand and tried to suppress the urge to vomit.
She took some effort to stand up and wanted to run to the bathroom. However, she went slap into someone when she just rushed out of the private box.
She said drunkenly without raising her head, "I'm sorry." Then she was going to run to the bathroom.
Feeling like throwing up again, there was a painful expression on Adelaide's face. Aadam was a little surprised when he saw Adelaide. Moreover, it made his heart ache to see her being like this. Just now, he was going to search for Adelaide one private box after another. It never occurred to him that he would come across her so soon.
He hadn't seen Adelaide for some days. Finally, he met her, but she was drunk.
How could he leave her alone?
At this time, several person recognized Aadam, came to greet him and invited him to drink with them.
Now, Aadam cared about nothing but Adelaide and was not in the mood to drink. Therefore, he pointed to Adelaide, signaling that he refused.
It was easy for people to misunderstand his move. In fact, these people did misunderstand him.
They just smiled at Aadam meaningfully and left.
Aadam supported Adelaide to the door of the women's bathroom. There wasn't time left for him to consider, so he supported Adelaide into the women's bathroom after hesitating for a moment. Fortunately, there was no one else inside at this moment. Aadam opened a door at random and supported Adelaide inside.
Before Aadam did anything else, Adelaide got rid of him, rushed forward and crouched down beside the toilet.
Aadam saw her vomit with her hands on both sides of the toilet.
As she vomited, she groaned painfully. It made Aadam's heart ache to hear it.
After she stopped vomiting, Aadam took out a clean handkerchief from his pocket and wiped her mouth with it carefully.
He did it in a very careful way, so he was very close to Adelaide.
Adelaide smelled the reek of wine. In fact, it was an unpleasant smell. However, she was so pretty that Aadam ignored it.
As he wiped her mouth, he suddenly had an urge.
Looking at Adelaide's pretty face, he suddenly had an urge to kiss her.
Especially when Adelaide moved her lips a little.
Aadam was in a daze for a moment. Finally, he made up his mind and came even closer to Adelaide.
However, he heard what she said when he was very close to her.
"Antonio...Is it you?" Adelaide said in such a low voice that Aadam nearly didn't hear it.
However, he still heard it. His desire disappeared completely when he heard the name of Antonio as if someone had thrown a wet blanket on him. Although Aadam was a playful person, he had his own pride.
He was unwilling to be considered to be Antonio when he kissed Adelaide who he loved deeply.
"I feel so cold." Adelaide said. Aadam held her into his arms without saying a word.
Hugged by him, Adelaide stopped moving after struggling a little for a moment. A moment later, Aadam heard low snores from Adelaide.
Then, he carried Adelaide in his arms and left the bathroom.
With Adelaide in his arms, he found a way out of the crowded bar and finally reached the door of the bar.
He didn't want to do anything else. He just wanted to offer a place for Adelaide to sleep since she wanted to sleep. That was all. Right, he was going to take her to his house.
A black Bentley stopped in the parking lot of the bar, after which a tall and handsome man got off the car. This man was Antonio.
After he hung up the phone, he hurried here as quickly as he could. When he talked with Adelaide on the phone, he could tell that Adelaide was drunk and sad.
He was very worried because it was very easy for a woman to suffer misfortune when she got drunk at a place like a bar.
He walked faster than he usually did, hurried to the bar, and passed a man with a woman in his arms at the door of the bar.
He found that the man was vaguely familiar.
Was it Aadam? A moment later,
Antonio remembered the identity of that man. Although he didn't see his face, he recognized who he was only from his figure and clothes.
Why was Aadam here? Antonio felt puzzled.
When he turned around to see him, Aadam had gone far.
Well, forgot it.
Antonio was not in the mood to guess what Aadam came here for. He just wanted to find Adelaide as soon as possible and took her home.
There were always different kinds of accidents in life. This was the case with everyone and Antonio was no exception.
Antonio searched for Adelaide in the bar. He even looked for her in every private box. However, he didn't found her.
Although he would be stared at
angrily when he pushed open the doors of private boxes, he didn't care. He just became more and more anxious because he couldn't find Adelaide.
He took out his mobile phone and called Adelaide.
Aadam had driven to his own house with Adelaide in his car. He stopped the car, carried Adelaide in his arms and went to his own house.
Just at this moment, Adelaide's cell phone rang. Seeing that Adelaide was having a sound sleep, Aadam didn't wake her up, but took out her cell phone from her pocket.
He saw the caller ID--Antonio.
Then, his expression changed
slightly, his finger moving between answering and hanging up back and forth. After a while, Aadam simply ignored the call, neither answering nor hanging up. He just went to his house with Adelaide in his arms.
Aadam didn't know the reason why Adelaide got drunk, but he knew that Adelaide was in a bad mood. As a man, he couldn't neglect it.
He was not so generous that he would ask Antonio to pick up Adelaide who he loved. He wanted to take care of Adelaide for even one night.
As Aadam thought, he rang the doorbell and Angel immediately came to open the door, "Aadam, didn't you go to talk business? Why did you come back so soon?"
Angel said in the house. When she finished her words, she had opened the door.
Angel was originally smiling, but the smile froze on her lips when she saw the woman carried in Aadam's arms.
She stood motionless as if she were frozen and glared at Aadam in amazement.
