Our Two Worlds

“She already has started influencing them.” Drew the savage king really needs to shut up. All of us received an exactly 3 minute of lecture for our carelessness and soon all of us were gathered in my room. Everyone was helping me to get ready for the ceremony.

Me:

Everyone had departed in order to take their seats in the ceremony hall. Soon I was asked to show my presence. I was now infront of the door preparing no pissing myself off. Soon the doors had opened and everyone’s eyes turned towards me. Next I new they all were bowing in front of me. And what did I do? Yes I panicked and almost ran away. Keyword being ‘almost’. The panicked state stayed till my eyes made contact with the deep brown pools. His eyes gave me a feeling of warmth and comfort. He nodes towards me.

Shockingly a very confident “Rise” comes out of my mouth and surprisingly all of them follow my word. I made my way towards where Daniel was and soon we were standing face to face.

The announcer announced the beginning of the ceremony. A beautiful crown was brought where we both were standing.

“Do you Jennifer Meredith accept the position of the Luna Queen?” If he wouldn’t have nudged me I have been too busy in my own world where his velvety voice was been repeated again and again. I heard chocking noises which suspiciously sounded like snickers from where the Beta, Gamma and the Royal Advisor team was seated.

“Yes I do.”

“I, Daniel Xavier Strom, accept you, Jennifer Abigail Meredith, as my Luna Queen.” Before he could place the crown on my head I stepped behind. A look of confusion crossed his face and silence was heard throughout the room.

“I have a condition before being declared as the Luna Queen.” He nodes as a gesture for me to continue.

“I don’t want to be their queen.” Gasps were heard throughout the room. “But I want to be your Luna as well. I want to be the person who not only shares your happiness and beautiful moments of life but also the sad and painful one’s. I want to be the comfort you always needed. I want to be the person on whom, without thinking once, you lean on. I want to care of you. I want you to share the same feelings as mine. I will protect you.” And ladies and gentleman with a deep breath in and out, I said it, “I have ardently fallen in love with you. I wanna be yours so can you mine?” Saying that without waiting for his reaction I hugged him.

A very familiar voice of Charles was heard, “Well hard to accept but chocolate has won the fight.” Shouts were heard throughout the room in denial but I was too busy in my world where I was actually hugging a huge teddy bear. I was snatched back from the world by the words which were whispered in my ears:

“I accept.”
