Our Two Worlds

The second I entered the dining hall for the second time that day, I was met with shocked faces which had disgust clearly written on their faces. Their faces said it all about how disgusted they were to see in my casuals instead of a rich gown. I took my seat near my crew. The royal family entered, just like morning, the King and I had a small eye contact. No not the ‘oh-my-sweet-lovely-love-is-here’ one but the ‘what-the-hell-is-this-idiot-wearing-in-royal-dinner’ one. The topic of me wearing casuals at royal dinner was dismissed as there was no chance they would get me changed out of my clothes. The dinner was served.

I, as always, filled my plate to the brim. What. Nothing is more important than food. Snorting and snickering was caught by my oh-so-sensical-ears. The dinner went in silence except the talking of the retired old hag and her bestfriends forever from another dimension.

She didn’t even glance towards me. Meanwhile the two sisters looked towards me like I was a great influencer for them. The dinner went well without anyone trying to outcast someone.

While returning back to my room I came across a balcony which I never actually noticed even though I would have crossed the place atleast 100 times a day.

There he was, the huge egological and the most intelligent personality on the face of earth. the Royal Advisor King, Drew in his full glory. The moonlight was shining on his face doing very little to hide his beauty in the darkness. From what I know he was a person of few words but was known for his intelligence worldwide
