Chapter 10: I'm Using Your Man
Vivienne brushed her fingers over Sebastian's lips. "Do you want to taste it?"
Sebastian raised an eyebrow. "Do you dare?"
Yesterday, Rachel had intentionally informed Sebastian that Vivienne was leaving. She had planned to stand in front of her with him and tell her that no matter how much she tried, he belonged to Rachel. But Rachel had forgotten that Vivienne never played by the rules.
Vivienne glanced at Rachel from the corner of her eye. "Has Rachel ever told you that I've always been bold?"
Vivienne stood on tiptoe and passionately kissed Sebastian. They were both familiar with each other, causing those around them to blush and their hearts to race.
Samantha sneered and took Arthur's hand. "Arthur, Vivienne is shameless and despicable."
Arthur smirked as his brown eyes darkened under the reflection of his glasses.
Vivienne let go of Sebastian. "Remember to find me when you're overseas," she said while looking into his narrowed eyes.
"It depends on my mood."
"With me around, will your mood ever be bad?"
"Hard to say... maybe even worse."
Inside, Vivienne cursed Sebastian a hundred times before standing on tiptoe again for another kiss. She turned her head towards a pale-faced Rachel, then provocatively lifted up her chin as if daring her to do something about it. Feeling pleased with herself, Vivienne showed through her actions what she thought: So what if he's your man? The one who gets him is me!
With luggage in tow, Vivienne looked back at the Scully family before confidently smirking and saying, "I'll come back." Of course, she would come back; all members of the Scully family were still alive after all. How could she be at ease overseas? She was young and weak, but she could afford to lose.
However, one day, she would return and collect all the debts owed by the Scully family to her mother and herself.
Vivienne walked away resolutely, and her thin figure quickly disappeared through security checks. Finally getting rid of the jinx, everyone from the Scully family breathed a sigh of relief.
Barbara's eyes flashed with resentment; there was no way she would let Vivienne have another chance to set foot on Los Angeles soil again...
After leaving the airport, Rachel ran after Sebastian. Although it was her fiancé who had kissed her niece in front of her face yesterday, an act that felt like a slap in the face, when faced with Sebastian now, Rachel didn't dare say anything. "Sebastian, wait for me..."
As soon as Sebastian opened his car door and got in, Rachel gasped for breath before sitting down next to him on the passenger-side seat.
Sebastian looked at her disdainfully. "Get out!"
Rachel pleaded pitifully: "Sebastian..."
Impatiently he said: "Please."
Rachel trembled slightly, then bit her lip, saying: "Drive... slower."
She got out of the car while Samantha sat in Arthur's car parked beside hers, asking if she wanted a ride.
Rachel turned around, seeing Samantha's gloating expression, and coldly smiled back, saying: "Instead of mocking me all day long, why don't you spend more time keeping an eye on your own man? Don't wait until Vivienne sleeps with Arthur too, or else you'll just end up losing face."
