After Samson left the hotel, Chloe came to Linda’s room. The two sisters lay on the bed, chatting casually.

“Linda, can you really let it go?” Chloe was no longer a little girl and understood more now.

Linda puiled the blanket tighter around herself. “I can let it go. It’s just a matter of time.”

Chloe said no more. Hugging Linda’s arm, she drifted off to sleep.

“Has your boss given you the video materials?”
