They have mates. One soul that’s created just for their soul. Like a piece of a puzzle that’s meant just for that one being. Being rejected by your mate is extremely painful.

Rogue werewolves are wolves that have been banished from a pack. When this happens, they become more animalistic and lose their sense of humanity.
