Celena was so excited that she immediately sat up in bed, which startled Liam.
He gently pressed her back onto the bed and said, “Be careful. You don’t want to
accidentally tear your stitches. If you do, you won't be able to go to the party
tomorrow.”

Celena finally calmed down and hugged the invitation like it was the most
priceless gift she had ever gotten.

She had been banished from her family for seven years now, and there was
never a day when she did not miss them. This was why she was so touched to
receive an invitation to her beloved grandfather's birthday party.

Liam sighed. Celena still-loved her family with her whole heartedly, even after
