After being stunned, Frank and Cindy exchanged glances.

Yelena's smile instantly faded away. She looked disappointedly at Jasper.

Frank's facial expression turned gloomy too. He spoke sternly to Jasper. "Jasper, you cannot make up excuses like this to patronize us."

"I'm not making anything up. It's the truth," Jasper said firmly.

"Well, tell us, how close are you to that woman?" Frank asked.

A second ago, they were still trying to pair Jasper up with Yelena. Yelena had also expressed her love and admiration toward Jasper.

In the next second, Jasper had given them a major shock by telling them he was already seeing another woman!

Frank still found it hard to believe. He needed to get to the bottom of things.

Jasper turned to look at Frank. "We slept together."

This was shocking news.

Frank was stunned to the point where he stumbled backward. Cindy was in a state of disbelief as well. "A- Are you saying that you've already sealed the deal with that woman?"

There was nothing more intimate between a man and a woman than sharing the same bed together.

All these years, there had never been a woman by Jasper's side. There was never even any gossip about him. In fact, they even worried about his sexual orientation.

Suddenly, Jasper told them he was seeing a woman. He had even slept with her!

Cindy was flabbergasted.

Jasper did not deny it. "Yeah," he uttered.

Yelena, who was by Cindy's bed, stood up. Her flushed cheeks turned pale. She pouted, and her eyes filled with tears. "Grandma, I-I think I'll head home first."

Cindy recollected herself. She replied in an apologetic and frantic voice, "Yelena, I just found out about this too. I'll get back to you once I get a clear picture of the situation."

"Okay," Yelena uttered.

When she turned around, she caught sight of Jasper's handsome face t was like a piece of magnet that drew her attention. She found it difficult to even look away.

However, Jasper would not even look at her once.

Yelena felt deeply hurt by this. She forced herself to look away and walk out of the ward. Frank sneered. "Yelena is such a good girl. You don't even appreciate her!"

"Doesn't she have a boyfriend?" Jasper asked.

Back when Jasper went on a

business trip overseas, his business partner happened to be the heir of Anderson Corporation, who was also Yelena's older brother

At the time, there was a young man next to him. Through Yelena's brother, Jasper had discovered he was Yelena's boyfriend who lived overseas.

"What did you say?" Frank found it hard to believe.

"When I worked with the heir of Anderson Corporation, he introduced me to his younger sister's

boyfriend." Jasper had even met that man in person.

Anderson Corporation's heir only had one younger sister.

Frank's stern expression suddenly turned rageful. "Yelena actually lied to me!"

Back then, Frank had decided on the marriage while having tea with the chairman of Anderson Corporation.

There was neither a contract in black and white nor a token of promise as proof. It was a mere verbal agreement between two old men.

After Jasper had grown up, Frank had brought it up several times.

Jasper had always thought it was a joke and never took it seriously.
