But because I was too excited and wanted Rick to praise me for hunting big animals, I left Rick and went so deep into the forest that unknowingly reached the border. 

That was where I met Louisiana who was also hunting. Seeing her targeting a rabbit, I immediately drew shoot the rabbit first, making Louisiana surprised.

I didn’t intend to get a rabbit, but a deer or something, so I gave the animal to Louisiana and we became good friends at first. Until Rick came and scolded me because I left him too far. So, that was the time where Rick fell in love with Louisiana’s pretty face. Since then, he had also gone into the forest very often to hunt in order to meet Louisiana. At first, I didn’t know anything about that. But on my 14th birthday, I got my wolf for the first time and that was when my wolf immediately recognized Rick‘ s wolf as his mate. 

There was no need to ask how happy I was at that time. But different from my reaction, Rick was actually upset and started to distance himself from me. 

From that moment, I became even more curious about the reason why Rick often went into the forest and discovered that he came to meet Lousiana. 

One time, I also visited Lousiana to tell her that Rick was my mate. But after finding out that news, Louisiana still insisted on asking me to let him go, because Rick loved her, not me. 

From there we got into an argument and Louisiana pushed me to the edge, saying she would kill me if I didn’t let Rick go. But just as she was about to push me, Rick came. So, Louisiana acted like the victim and made it seem like I was pushing her down a cliff. 

Since then, Rick had always considered me the villain in their relationship. Moreover, his parents insisted on marrying me to him because we were mates and I also came from an influential family. 

It was just that I never thought that after 5 years of marriage, Rick’s hatred for me would still be so deep because of that misunderstanding.
