Chapter Mom Don’t 21

Chapter 21

Chapter 21

The gas leak in Glory Community made the local headlines.

The family of three suffered from gas poisoning.

Both adults died.

The young daughter was paralyzed, and only her eyeballs could

move.

The heads of the reform institution were sentenced.

The mastermind behind the assault on me was sentenced to death. He pissed himself when he knew what he was facing.

See? Even villains get scared.

I was finally buried.

After kind–hearted people in society learned about my ordeal, they donated money and goods and chose a burial site for me by the mountains.

The path leading to my grave was covered with flowers.

In the midst of the flowers, I saw a dirty little doggy running

towards me.

It was Snowball.

Her fur was all tangled, and her paws were worn out, but she still ran towards me quickly.

Snowball, who used to be so cute, had become a stray dog again.

I’m sorry, Snowball. I didn’t abandon you.

I couldn’t believe it. How did she manage to find me?

She finally lay on my tombstone, looking at my photo and

sobbing continuously.

always appear the next day, lying in front of my tombstone again.

Over time, everyone knew Snowball and that she was my dog.

Some people felt sorry for her and wanted to adopt her, but she refused to leave.

She stayed by my side day and night, regardless of the seasons. Fortunately, someone often came to feed her and even built a small shelter for her.

Many years later, the stories between Snowball and I were still praised.

Later on, Snowball grew old and couldn’t move anymore.

She lay down in front of my tombstone and fell into a deep sleep.

Finally, I completely disappeared from this world.
