Married by Mistake: Mr. Whitman’s Sinner Wife

Chapter 2014

A mischievous, expectant smirk appeared on her face as she watched the client squirt a few pumps of the perfume on the test
paper. The client then shook the test paper, brought it to his nose, and sniffed.
However, before the client finished smelling the perfume, Hannah faintly smelled a faint and similar scent.
This faint and light scent was clearly the smell of the bottle of perfume that she smelled in Madeline’s laboratory that day.
It was the exact same scent!
“This is it. How refreshing.” The client’s praises pulled the currently dumbstruck Hannah back to her senses.
Hannah stared blankly at the client who picked up another bottle of perfume to try out the scent. Once again, there was no
difference.
The smell of this batch of perfume was exactly the same as one Madeline brought on the day of the testing!
This greatly confused Hannah, but at the same time, it also greatly depressed her and pissed her “Mr. Whitman, Mrs. Whitman, I
am very satisfied with this collaboration. I have booked a table in the hotel. I hope you two can do me the honor of having dinner
with me this evening,” the client invited them sincerely and kindly.
Madeline lifted her eyes and looked at Jeremy before she agreed.
“Okay, then we’ll see you tonight.”
“Okay, see you tonight.” Satisfied, the client left.
Madeline glanced at the goods on the shelf in satisfaction. She felt very proud of herself.
Jeremy walked behind her and lifted his hand to grab her by the shoulder.
“Linnie, I’m so glad that I can marry such a wise and outstanding wife like you in my life.”
His deep and alluring voice, laced with praises from his heart, drifted into Madeline’s ears.
Madeline praised Jeremy as well. “ I’m also lucky to marry such a charming man like you.”
She smiled and turned around to look at Hannah, who was stunned in place.

At this moment, Hannah also noticed Madeline looking at herself. She pressed her lips together. When she saw Madeline and
Jeremy being so sweet, she clenched her fists and turned around to leave.
“Wait.”
Madeleine stopped her.
Hannah stopped in her tracks and asked coldly, “ What is it?”
Madeline smiled and strode toward Hannah.
“You must be very curious, aren’t you?”
“...”
Hannah did not understand what Madeline meant at that moment.
“Are you curious why the finished goods are the same as the initial ones even though you tampered with the data.?”
Hannah lifted her head abruptly and looked at Madeline as Madeline asked that question.
“What do you mean? Why are you asking that?” Hannah widened her eyes in confusion; her heartbeat became frantic.
She seemed to realize something. This whole time, she had thought that she was the one scheming against Madeline, but in
reality, she was the one
who fell into Madeline’s trap.
Madeline slowly and calmly curled her lips into a soft smile, and then she turned around to pick up the tablet on the table. After
that, she opened the backend for Hannah.
“Does this look familiar?”
Madeline lifted her thin and long finger to point at the screen.
“Do you still remember which data you changed back then, hmm?”
