Chapter 33
Chapter 33 Bought a car to shelter from the rain
The father and son then realized that this young doctor in front of them, saying the amputation only to distract their attention and
reduce the pain caused by the fracture reposition.
In fact, it was true. The patient was so angry about the doctor just now that he didn’t feel any pain at all.
When the patient came back to his senses, his broken arm was already repaired.
“Doctor, you are better than Dr.Lynn. I will come to the clinic and have you to treat me from now on. I think you are the best.”
After paying the medical fee, the patient and his son asked the name of John again and left with great gratitude.
On the other side, the beautiful eyes of Tracy were full of surprise.
“So you really are an orthopaedic surgeon When did you get the medical certificate?”
As a professional doctor, Tracy knew how brilliant John’s treatment was. Although it looked like he only completed a minor
operation, it contained techniques and skills which can only be acquired. through professional training over time.
The key of the Emotional Transfer Method was to take things by surprise, which was not uncommon in the practice of medical
treatment. For example, when a dentist extracts a patient’s tooth, he may agree with the patient to count to three, but he would
pull out the tooth when counted to one. All of this was to distract the patient’s attention.
But the orthopaedic injuries were nothing like that.
When the doctor was treating a patient with orthopaedic injuries, he needed to touch the broken. part first to confirm the precise
point of repositioning, and then exert force on it.
During the process, the patient was in a highly nervous and painful state, and they would struggle violently to resist the
repositioning at times.
While it took less than half a minute for John to repair the broken arm for the patient from touching to repositioning. Since the
patient was not in a static state during this period, a doctor’s strong and skilled ability of prediction is needed. It was impossible
for him to make it without decades of industrious training.
What surprised Tracy most was that his brother was only in his early twenties and how could he being such experienced?
However, John smiled and replied, “Sis, I haven’t got a certificate yet.”
“What? How come?”
Tracy was so surprised about this answer and it took her a long time to come back to her senses and say, “Then what you’re
doing is illegal.”
John was rendered speechless.
He thought that he would at least get a praise for what he had done, but didn’t expect that she would say so. But this does sound
like her.
Then.
Tracy decided to take his brother out for a walk, so she get another doctor to cover her shift in exchange for twice of the salary.
As haven’t seen him for so many years, she wanted to spend more time with him.
Tracy then took off her uniform. She wore a sleeveless purple printed blouse underneath her uniform, the hem of which was
tucked into an almond coloured high-waisted skirt, outlining the
curves of her delicate figure.
John couldn’t help but say, “sis, can you take a couple of steps in your
“Is there anything wrong?”
dress?”
Hearing him say this, she thought her dress didn’t look good and not only did she take two steps, but she also twirled twice in her
dress.
“If you don’t like this dress, I’ll change it right away.’
“No, No. I didn’t mean that. It’s good.’
John waved his hand hurriedly.
Soon.
They went out.
Unfortunately, the weather was not good enough and before long it suddenly started to rain without warning.
They had to find a place to shelter from the rain.
“Hey, isn’t this doctor Linch? I heard that you now own a clinic by yourself. You are really something, aren’t you?”
A gran voice suddenly came from the side, only to see a mean-looking young woman running this way to escape the rain,
followed by an older man in his fifties.
The old man took off his coat and wiped the rain off the woman’s head with an ingratiating look.
“You know her? Sis?”
The first feeling he got from this woman was uncomfortable, mainly because of the tone of voice this woman used when she
spoke, as if she was unkind and acerb.
“Well, yes,
her name is Ada Brown, a nurse at New York hospital.”
When Tracy was still working at New York hospital, Ada always called her Dr. Linch respectfully and a bit ingratiatingly. But since
she resigned, Ada no longer be that nice and her attitude towards Tracy took a sudden turn.
In fact, there was another important reason. At that time, Chris White, the son of the director of department, Department was
fond of Tracy and and thus everyone thought that Tracy could rely on him to gain status in the hospital.
As a junior nurse, Ada tired to please her.
But later, Tracy actually turned down Chris, and Ada didn’t want to please her anymore.
Seeing the two of them talking intimately there, the unkind voice sounded from Ada again, “I had to say that Dr. Linch do have a
unique eye for people. Turning nose up at Chris but got a guy like this as your boyfriend? That’s funny.”
“Enough, okay?”
Tracy looked at her with anger. Although she had a mild nature, Ada was so annoying that no one
can bear her.
Ada gave John a sarcastic glance and said, “Am I wrong? Dr. Lin, even if you don’t like Chris, you can find an older man to be
your boyfriend, like my man. Look, how nice he is to me.”
Hearing this, the old man appeared more anxious to please her, “Oh, sweetie, let me clean you up. Don’t catch a cold, okay?
Baby, I worry about you.”
Looking at the odd couple, she just felt sick.
At this time, John suddenly said, “sis, just wait here for a while. I’ll be back soon.”
Then he rushed into the rain. Tracy tried to stop him but it was too late.
Seeing this, Ada continued to sneer at her and said, “Dr. Linch, what a strange person your boyfriend is. Not staying here to
escape the rain but run on the street to get wet? I suggest you should change a boyfriend!”
Tracy snorted and turned around, trying to ignore these annoying words.
Ten minutes later.
All of a sudden.
Boom!
A brand-new super car with a temporary badge suddenly stopped in front of them with a brake.
John poked his head out of the car and said, “Sis, I walked around and I couldn’t find a shop that sells umbrella. But I find an
auto store, so I just bought a car for us to shelter from the rain. What about that?”
